It absolutely happens. Voice it as a policy and see home many lawsuits show up. A simple dress code would take care of cleavage issues, skirts below a certain length. Could be missing out on a good employee here or there, but someone might choose not to bother with it.

Even the wives of them don't wanna see some attractive black folks working for them. Funny cuz I'm sure some of those women were in that crowd.
