simple reason: tmz has people in the STREETS. i mean physically pounding the pavement. back in the day, 'media outlets' used to do the same thing, but having beat reporters is not only expensive, it's slower process to confirm everything and be concise. it's cheaper and easier to get all your news from reuters or the AP which is what all the major news stations do.....which is what bgol does really.
think about that; cnn, msnbc, fox....they're all just expensive versions of bgol
