Now the REAL fun starts.
If you haven't already done so, line up some support from women family members and friends (the hair man, the HAIR!), they'll be happy to help.
And be careful going out in public, especially Wal-mart, and the park in the spring. The women will be all over you, for real! (something about black men with their daughters)
So grasshopper, you must learn to use this power wisely.

Really. I first got custody 6 years ago, when my daughter was 2. I would be in Wal-mart or the grocery store with the baby carrier, and women would go out of their way to help me, and offer phone numbers if I needed any help later.
We start going to the park when it begins to get warm every year, and it's like women are falling out of trees. Every year.
A couple of them have said that this is the provider scenario from a first hand perspective, and they don't see it a lot with black men.
