Lurking since 2005. Joined when Slam used to start dropping links that were not only downloads(early streaming a la zshare) around 2007. Used to take the links, and charge kids at my high school for links to them

Everybody on here always seemed so old back then. I think only shady and rossini were near my age. I'd be interested to see how many people on here now are ~30 or even younger.

Been here since 2 or 3 boards ago, stats been reset multiple times. I used to be into making sigs back in the "SIG WAR" days. I don't know how many years I have been here through all the changes but it has to be close to 20 years. I was around in the OP days.

Here is the state of BGOL:

We have very good things going on in the basement.

Another firefighter told me about it....... right before the new board started.... I immediately got hooked..... tons of fine black women...... lots of good fucking information on subjects across the spectrum.... help with computers.... it just goes on and on.... as long as you give to the board also..... I remember the Tranny Wars...... all the autostart gay posts..... lurker proofing everything.... the Ockings were legendary..... I miss those days....... I made sure that I removed all pictures of me that I had on Black Planet at the time....
