for it size Durham is more dangerous than Atlanta. Atlanta is bigger than Durham so of course there are more reported crimes but Durham is way more dangerous.

I'm pretty sure NYC had more murders than Detroit last year because of its size, but everyone knows Detroit is 10 times more dangerous than NYC
