I'm so tired of Jim Jones and his fucking "Ballin" adlibs. And am I the only one who laughed at his sneezing adlib???

have you heard the remix with kanye west?
he literally ripped it

LOL@the thought of Kanye ripping it. The only thing he could rip is John Legend's asshole.

Andre 3000 brought the heat on that, the rest of the verses were throwaways

lol...Of course

Remix was cool to me & before anyone gets thier panties all in a bunch, I'm not directing this toward anybody in particular...anyway, a lot of people seem to be ashamed (:o ) to say they dig the OG version... if you don't dig it, you don't dig it, but it just seems that if a couple of people say they don't like it, then everyone else just follows along with that idea...I don't really listen to the radio, so I don't know how much they play it on there (I'm sure it's a lot), but the tracc bangs on a nice audio systems in the hooptie..I'll DL and add to the mp3 player..thxs

GodDamn Dre killed this shit...

If you wanna try, come sucker we can do it
Ha-ha-ha Sleep, Tylenol PM if I pull it
Sh-sh-sh-sheep, count em for the rest of your life
Yeah Yeah- ya man he got a way but now he vegetable like,
So-so I send his mom and dad a whole case of V8,
He could go at any time, how much long its he gon take...

----------------------------
LMAO @ thinking KING of VA is a woman.

My only problem is why is Dre on all these remixes lately not rapping about the damn song.

Fuck that...the original is one of the most bangin rap tracks of the year...
The nigga aint Nas but he killed that shit, and the beat is ridiculous.
It's my favorite track from South all last year (of those I can remember).

Except for Dre's verse, the Original is better than this version.
Problem is folks got issues with hip-hop. So any fun club banger that comes along is just some more shit to bitch about instead of seein it for what it is....a club banger.

We always had club bangers. Rob Base wasn't no lyricist. :smh:

 its so true
almost as if he's using his veteran status to rap about whatever he pleases
all the while dissing the artist he on the track with (subliminal)

What else did he get on?
I've only heard this one and the Walk It Out remix.
He stuck to the script on that one.

I wanna look up the ones I missed.

it could only be one thing....
MONEY.

-previously he clearly stated that he is bored with rap, and doesnt want to do it anymore.
-throw in the fact that he turned down MILLIONS of guarenteed show $$$ for not going on tour for Outkast's last (10 million selling, grammy-winning) CD.
-and because of that, he prolly got worldwide breach of contract lawsuits, not to mention other breaches the label put on him for not performing together with big boi as a group.
-and bcuz idlewild didnt do as well as expected in the box office, his dreams of movie stardom arent coming as fast as he thought.

remember "r-kellygate"scandel?
when those lawyer fees started piling up,
everybody and they momma had him on a remix, singing a hook, producing their next single, etc...

not saying that;s the case with andre, but....... :hmm:

Maybe he's just havin fun. Now the south is on top in Rap, and he gets to do a verse on pretty much whatever he wants whenever he wants. His attention has shifted but he never stopped spittin verses...even on Idlewild. He def is killin every track he on.

Rough Translation:

I'm a nigga from the hood but not a hood nigga cuz my momma raised me better than that. Still, don't try me because I will put that azz to sleep. Remember how I turned your boy into a vegetable. His parents should just let him die. I am dope and you would be to if you were me. But then if you were dope, you'd just get flushed like the cops were at the door. And while, I am on the subject, cops are brutal and crooked. We don't like this so we run from them. When we get caught we don't cooperate. .......

The he says some shit about his homeboy in the house called roto-rooter who is dope on that computer. Beats me about that one

Warning this shit is dumb as hell.

i dunno homie..
when he made these statements,
the south BEEN on top in rap,
and he still had his pick of the rap litter on songs he could get on.
he just had NO interest in rapping anymore.
The Love Below showed u that.
this explains why his current rap content consists of the shallowness of todays hip hop, and his boredom of it.

But he rapped throughout that CD...
He never really gave it up
He only shifted emphasis...
I remember him leaving Big Boi out there to tour solo...
And I remember all the interviews about what his "new" direction was...
But in terms of his records...he never stopped rappin altogether...
Remember "Mighty O", their most recent traditional rap single came out this year (and is up for a Grammy no less.)
