I'm curious why OP thinks that the only part that was funny was where Jack was bare-chested.

Ritter`s first nude scene was a drop in the bucket compared with a physically demanding scene in which he was hit not once, but twice by a simulated giant wave. The wall of water used on the set had to pass for a real-life tsunami-one that crashes through a Malibu beach house and nearly sweeps a very drunk Ritter out to sea, convincing him to relinquish his wicked ways.

The scene nearly cost Ritter his life, or at least his arm.

``You gotta go through a little pain for your art,`` he says, explaining his decision to endure the stunt himself, rather than pass it off to a professional double. ``You could tell if it wasn`t me.``

So, Ritter studied tidal waves, and how to survive them, and watched a stunt man perform the feat before attempting it himself.

``Let me see, the stunt man got hit by half a tank and went splat,`` says Ritter. ``A full tank would flatten a house, a half would crush people. A third of a tank, hundreds and hundreds of gallons. I figured I could handle it, but I needed to have the timing.``

Unfortunately, Ritter`s timing was slightly off. When he turned to avoid the deluge of water, his arm was nearly ripped from its socket, resulting in a sprained and dislocated shoulder.

``I hurt myself seriously,`` he says. ``In fact, I pulled my shoulder off my arm!``

I couldnt find the scene but this one was CLASSIC!!!

Kunta Kinte was hittin that.

This and other Wikipedia-tainted rumours (for the record, she never dated Roots star LeVar Burton, nor is she the niece of TV actress Fay DeWitt) are part of a larger mystery surrounding the long-M.I.A. DeWitt who, after serving time as one of the disco generation's top TV female role models, virtually disappeared from the spotlight, only to resurface recently as the subject of fresh, far less glamorous online attention.
