Thor doesn't fuck around

I'm telling you "Infinity" is dope as fuck.

As Darrk is showing, it's just a highlight reel of cool shit.

In one of these movies with Thor, he needs to drop his signature line

"(fill in the blank villain), I would have words with thee."

Translation: "I'm about to kick your ass....and if you piss me off enough I'm gonna kill you. Oh and don't even THINK of pimp slapping me..that shit never ends well."

:lol::yes:

He said it to Doom once and it was so cool, I read the shit out loud, in character.

Then looking around to make sure I was home alone.

This shit was classic

Worked for me too, I barely spoke english back then and moms came through with a stack of comics and I was hooked

That's what he gets for fucking with his genetic code, turning on once brothers/friends & siding with the enemy as an employer.

OdinSon doesnt understand all that American politrics bowlshit & that's that shit he don't like:smh::lol:

Me too. Thor had me fascinated with Norse mythology at a time when the only mythology they taught in school was Greek and Roman. That led to an interest in different myths for different people in general.

Thor is top 5 badasses in comics.

Since his first restart back with Dan Jurgens, I've been on the book non stop and was geeked when I saw Jason Aaron was taking over the book. I saw what he did to Wolverine and couldn't imagine how he would beat the shit out of Thor.

Thor is one of the few Marvel heros that will kill you if you piss him off enough.

Also......he basically told Tony Stark that he wasn't finished kicking his ass.

Sent from my Nexus 7

There's none of that conflicted, "We're the heroes. We're supposed to be better than the villains." bullshit. When you fight Thor, if you want to take it there, he's more than willing to go there too.

In raising my kids I realized how much of a positive influence comics have been especially with reading comprehension and vocabulary. I remember no internet so I had to go to the LIBRARY to learn how to proprly pronounce Mjolnir

I got into arguments with teachers in GRADE SCHOOL about Norse gods and gamma radiation and stuff Tony Stark and Reed Richards were talking about.:D Going to read encyclopedias to prove I was right.

I had to re-read passages in X-Men and damn Vertigo titles were more challenging then some philosophy classes I had taken, learned so much chemistry from The Atom, The Hulk, Flash etc.

It is interesting though that powerful characters like Thor and Superman are actually the MOST difficult to write well.

Dude was fighting a mind controlled Hulk and Thing and was finally like......fuck it..Thing is my friend but he's got to go.

Claremont's run on Uncanny Xmen made me appreciate writing more than any of the "classics" they make you read in school (except "Macbeth", a bad ass story). Those "LifeDeath" stories with Storm still stand up.
I used to win trivia contests on the school bus because of shit I read in comics. Still today, most people don't know what a peregrine is.

Darrk, which "Fear Itself" is that from? Either it's too late for my mind to work clearly or I missed that.
