Okay let me stop this bullshit right now. Most of ya'll visit the same popular black hip-hop sites I do and most of them do ASK FOR DONATIONS!!!!! HNIC isn't hustling anyone, all he ask is just help pay a lil' for the service. Many damn good messages boards have gone under because server bills (On Probation, The Bootyboard). It's not unfair for HNIC ask for a lil' assistance. Like I say yeah you can get content from everywhere, but with camaraderie and CONTENT, BGOL is like no other place on the net.

This site shouldn't cost more then $200 a month. Whether you're using a managed server or a unmanaged.
The main thing about this site is this is a porn board and all the images and videos posted are hosted remotely so the disk space required and bandwidth isn't such an issue as the majority of it is being pulled from elsewhere.
With a decent server In the $100+ to $200 range and more RAM which at most places you could get for a 1 time setup fee this board would run better then it does.
Not gonna say HNIC is a con. Maybe just not too knowledgeable on this. Also with a porn board the ISP you use has to be understanding cause these types of boards get a lot of complaints to the host and some will be quick to shut your server down. I know some places though.
Also adsense pays good but you can't use on porn sites so the money made here with the porn advertisers will be way less.
