True dat but what I am trying to say is, the real bargains are gonna start showing up in late 2007 into 2008. Yes, residential RE is cheaper today compared to a last year, BUT deeper price drops needs to take place to consider it a buyers market.

Man I knew I could get this out ya ass! LOL!!! Dawg, we on the same team and as long as we are team mates (BLACK) then we NEED to work together as a team to win!
I feel ya a bit on that and for the most part I think we may see deeper cut in Real State in the next year. However, here in Los Angeles, we may not see any real decrease in prices. We have a housing shortage here Dawg! The prices and rents from what I see are somewhat established. I have seen the crazy shit drop off and was expecting it all the way… It had to! There was no way for it to continue. What has happen in my area is the lower and under priced homes are now where they should be. Black folk in the past have always been cheated out of what was fair market value for their homes.
