That picture was put out back in July of last year. But why you say a person is insane and retarded? That picture of 911 being a joke makes a person wonder about history. I did find out that once the slaves were surpassingly released and during the reconstruction period they changed a lot of books. You can wash the cloth ones but if you use them everyday without changing them they get smelly and tired. Some people just use the throw away ones because they are more convenient.
