If you want ribs then eat RIBS..otherwise keep whatever makes up that pseudo-ribs stuff in its original form and eat it that way!...same for hamburger, chicken, and pork. If veganism is so great then it can stand on its own in its OWN form and not have to be made to look like carnivore food!

taken to it's extreme then you can push this in the mainstream...

make it warm enough and put enough lube on it and it's LIKE THE REAL THING!!!.. YOU CAN'T TELL THE DIFFERENCE! :hmm::hmm::hmm::hmm:

rant over.

All that shit looks disgusting and is an insult to BBQ.

Yea man he deep frying the shit and cooking the fatty old fashioned way but for his vegan products. And at a markup or same price as normal meat. Fuck that! I’d rather eat real brisket from a dead burnt animal. Idgaf, I’m the Apex predator of this biosphere! Everything else that ain’t poisonous is on my plate! That’s my PLEASHARRR!:mad:

Btw that vegan gains dude is a fag

I agree.

I wholeheartedly agree.

I love that Slutty Vegan is a vegan, black-owned place that's getting a lot a love from ATL, it's beautiful to pass by there daily and see a line down the block....

But it's all for a burger that scientists engineered artificial heem to get it to taste as close to meat as possible. The whole point for me is to get AWAY from eating meat and anything that resembles it. I can sit down and eat a veggie plate and be satisfied, without a meat substitute.

You'll NEVER see a line down the street for plain ol veggie plates, lmao

then you didn't have mac n cheese....you had cauliflower n shit.... and thats FINE just DON'T CALL IT MAC N CHEESE..

You mean mashed cauliflower. The vegan mac n cheese is about the "cheese" which is not dairy, but a veggie based cheese (probably with nutritional yeast).

you know why they have to disguise it AS something else...because NO ONE ever markets fruits and vegetables in the same fun, cool, sexy way they've marketed meats and junk food for the last 100 years.

there is a marked difference in how meat and junk food is marketed vs fruits and vegetables....if someone can figure that out then you won't need to make vegan meals look like meat meals..

The Mac was made of lentils and some other type of veg/plant

then its CAULIFOWER AND LENTILS...its NOT macaroni (pasta) and cheese in the basic way that dish is understood. and the fact that you put cheese in quotes....:smh::smh::smh::hmm::hmm::hmm:

The point isn't to make it into some tribalist battle between vegans and carnivores but to have healthy alternatives to the foods you enjoy. We're hard wired to enjoy certain foods and veganism doesn't mean you have to deprive yourself of what you enjoy. That's it. No reason for additional concern or personal offense.

That's fine

Many vegans are probably upset that the same soy which makes their substitute meats gets fed to a cow who is mercilessly slaughtered, dissected and eaten even though the process causes more damage to our environment than any other human activity.

They're even more upset that the shit which comes from this animal pollutes the water table so thoroughly that raw spinach can turn into a deadly poison.

then there's the side effects of eating this animal. Colon cancer, hypertension, increased cholesterol etc. Yes, many vegans are sick of seeing meat eaters die of these diseases.

If making fake ribs & burgers helps people stick to a diet that prevents all of these catastrophes then so be it.

all I'm saying is you don't need to make "fake ribs" if the ingredients are good and more importantly tastes good then it SHOULD stand on its own. shape it into some pleasing form and call it whatever combo of vegetables it is... telling people it tastes just like real ribs is bullshit. :dunno::dunno:

This has me dead on sight!!!

Vegan burgers? Plastic pussy? Same thing

Non alcoholic beer?

Just eat your vegetables and STFU.

I hate when Vegans try to push their "substitutes" as if they were as good/equal to the real thing.

I've never seen a meat salad, so why the fuck are you trying to make meatless ribs?

FOH.

Some Vegans are as obsessed with meat in a similar way some Atheists are obsessed with religion. They cannot stop talking about how better the Vegan (or Atheist) lifestyle is.

Just do you and STFU about trying to promote or push your lifestyle on others.

Vegetarian and vegan food companies are under attack for using words like ‘burger', ‘sausage’, or ‘steak’ to describe their meat-free products. The meat industry and some politicians argue such words can only be used to describe foods that came from an animal and that plant-based alternatives should come up with new names to avoid consumer confusion. But can you really claim ownership of a word? And what’s in a name anyway – is this argument about transparency and trust or marketing and profits? Willem Van Weede, CEO of Dutch plant-based food company Vivera argues the case with Jess Peterson, senior policy adviser at the US Cattlemen’s Association, which represents the beef industry. Plus, language expert Carrie Gillon tells us the real origins of the word 'meat' and suggests some new names for plant-based alternatives.

Connecting vegan food to meat is away for people to transition to a healthier diet. Veganism benefits you and the environment.
You live in Philly? Go to the Hibiscus Cafe in West Philly and try the vegan Philly cheese steak.
Go to the DropSquad Kitchen in Wilmington De and try the V-steak sandwich, the MVP and the Chick-un tacos. Both are black owned and got some bomb-ass food.

to real pussy and booty is a way for people to transition to a healthier sex life. Sex with replicas benefits you and the community in that cuts down transmission of disease and promotes a sex outlet which brings down stress and conflict.

You live in Philly? Go to The Velvet Lily in Center City and try the Fleshlight Vortex Lady Flesh. Or go to the Kink Shoppe in Olde City and try BELLADONNA’S ULTRASKYN™ POCKET PUSSY, tho none are black-owned they still got some bomb-ass fake pussy :thumbsup::thumbsup:

have I convinced you yet?????:happy::happy::happy::happy:
