the following is a 68 minute documentary about unified protest that happened in Seattle and all across the world in 1998-99 concerning WTO, U.S. imperialism, capitalism and the like.

I don't have any specific questions for you to answer but I LOVE this documentary and I just wanted to share. Yes its long but its informative and it shows the ups and down, pros and cons of collective resistance and movements.

The Nixon and Reagan administrations effectively put an end to Democracy as it was known.

Nixon was elected to be the "law and order" president to put down the last of the civil rights leaders and the Viet Nam war protesters. If you know anything about Cointelpro you know exactly what I mean. Yes the FBI was on some other shit before Nixon but the Kennedy & LBJ administrations kinda kept that shit @ bay but once Nixon got in it was on in earnest.
