The only thing I noticed was the zoom, but I didn't pay the cinematography any attention when I watched the show. I thought it was funny. Perhaps there were too many shots for that scene, but the show is mad funny. I was heated when they canceled it.

I think that they filmed it that way (i.e., with the unsteady hand-held camera, zoom/jump-cuts, and grainy "desaturized" look) on purpose in order to make it look "hood."

I used to love Barbershop... one of the few shows to be adapted from a movie that actually was as good if not better than the movie.
