There is some truth to this. Jamaica lacks a good educational system right now. Why you think there is so much crime and drug dealing? They barely know how to count the money they make.

Its 'Jamaica'. Secondly its 'Revealed' and lastly its 'Jamaicans', might wanna add yourself to that list as well.
