No wonder that they got sued for 75 TRILLION dollars.

I still laugh thinking back to those days and leaving the house for a few days with the PC running (open downloading / uploading) all types of hiphop, porn, old MMA or boxing.
Got a call from my former service provider (Shaw) like "what the fuck are you doing?"
The maximum monthly downloading limit was 6GB in the early or mid-2000s, and max uploads was 4GB.
She was like "you're at 120+ GB downloads / 80+ GB uploads ... do you need help on how to DECREASE those numbers, or else we'll have to charge you extra."
I thanked her for the emails on how to download and upload less, lol.

The dial-up and early cable days were very trying of everyone's patience levels.
