They need to do something about this false paternity shit...

And hold on...

MANY?!?!
look up 23&me and Ancestry.com horror stories.

ALOT of people have found out dad and bio-dad are two different people. From what recall reading, all of the stories involved families where mom and dad were married.

To be fair, folks also found out they had half-siblings they didn't know they had cause Dad was a secret playboy.

It should be noted a lot of the stories I read seemed to involve full grown adults (40+ age range). Many had lost the parent they would need to talk to for answers. In some cases, it's possible both parents knew the deal but kept quiet for whatever reason thinking it would never come out. Ofc, alot of stories came down to Mom/Dad were secret ho's.

And thats crazy to me.

If you married to your wife and your not sure the baby she is carrying is yours?

Why the hell you still married?
Flip the script.. how many women think their men cheating? How many men are actually cheating? Why are some of those women still married? Let’s not act like both sexes can’t fuck around

There should be mandatory DNA testing at birth but the problem is that it would totally destroy the corrupt child support system.
Bingoooo

Plus it would put more unfaithful chicks in check… knowing that test might expose them , they would have to cheat smarter or have to move less wreckless

Shit fuck around and abortions might rise..chicks be like oh no there’s a 50 percent chance that kid ain’t my man’s must get rid of it just in case it’s not his

Bro as a Caribbean kid?

I got so many stories about this? If I tried to post half? id crash the board.

Did I ever even imply that or say that?

I specifically mentioned that already.

As I already said numerous times its a sh*t show all around.

But since men can't get pregnant and we were specifically talking about women being deceitful about paternity, i was focusing on that.

Yes you're right that's crazy. But I'm talking about the men who were married and never considered getting a test because the kids were there's.

Only to find out years later that they aren't.

It's many scenarios and not just the man think that his woman's untrustworthy. Most centrist the woman, only to be devastated years later.

Mandatory paternity test during prenatal care would have A LOT of women nervous as hell. Save a lot of men money that they would have spent eary on (cohabitation, etc) and tons of stress.

I get all that, been involved in all that personally and anecdotally. Its a horror show almost every time.

And I have had parties involved torn. Many said they just wish they never asked or knew. But because of medical stuff SPECIFICALLY concerning what you talking about. I cannot co sign that. I've spoken at health board symposiums about stuff like this. I completely get both sides. But my primary focus is the safety and sanity of the kids involved.

Its just a mess. I don't know the answer.

It will (probably) NEVER be mandatory like @xxxbishopxxx said so all this is really a waste of keystrokes. That's the only real "solution".

You have to admit though, this is way beyond simply cheating. We cant pop up with a kid obviously and say its hers.
Give the man an option if you've fucked up. 9 times outta 10 he'll bail but at least give the option to continue loving the kids as his own or not. They fuck up a lot of people with this shit. Not just the "father". Either could need a donor or anything down the road.
Its fucked up all the way around.

I didn't want you to tell the stories.

I was confused how you kept saying that you questioned the men staying with a woman that they questioned paternity, but then have enough paternity horror stories to crash the board?

I was shook.

because like @tallblacknyc said People are people. These type of situations are so complicated and messy and emotional.

And sometimes there are not clear cut bad guys and bad guys. And a person's personal decisions are their own.

But have MASSIVE consequences on others.

we ALL know the answer to how to avoid all this. Be honest, don't cheat, use protection.

But as we have seen for some reason that's easier said then done.

But is it really easier, when you see the life long fallout from reckless decisions?

Agreed, it's very messy and damaging to all involved in this situations.

And you're right it's easy to make it not happen, but people are people.

that part.

Btu we reaching a point in this global society where we can;t just use that as an excuse anymore.

We have to be BETTER people.

You would be shocked how devasting this stuff can be to a grown man to find out he never knew his REAL father.

And to find out at the funeral of the man he THOUGHT was his father.

No I wouldn't be shocked because that's betrayal at the highest level. That's devastating to learn that your past, the only history that you've known is a lie.

That's heartbreakingly tragic. That feeling of being lost and empty I wouldn't wish on anyone.

Its I got no words.

But then when its the NORM culturally and instead of empathy

that grown man who suddenly is reverting to his child like state gets told...

get over it. Its nothing. It happened to all of us. It doesn't matter.

Bro...whoo boy.

Any person telling that man to get over should never be a part of his life again, by his choice.

I have a cousin who had 5 kids with his wife

He found out when the oldest was on her way to college that she wasn’t his

Had the other kids tested turned out none of them were his

He packed his bags and changed his numbers

No one has seen him since

Yup.

And to me? That's criminal

But I have an uncle who literally had my aunt and both his mistresses and his outside kids in the same building.

And the son and daughter almost linked up.

And 2 of the daughters found out while in the same school. Get into a fight. Calls the other girl mother a while homewrecker and she attempted suicide

the irresponsible sh*t people do for a couple minutes of sex and ruin another person life a child at that
