They caught the terrorist in Charlottesville who ran people over.

These yakubians will be coddled. They'll probably receive standing ovations when they arrive at the precinct for work Monday morning.

If you support white supremacy and feed off of it, you wouldn't want the federal government getting involved with their t-word antics. This is a local issue.

I say vehiclular manslaughter: license gets revoked for 3 weeks, and 5 months probation.

If the FBI gets involved, it's probably a little different. But the justice department believes only Muslims are t-word, and and black L matter is a true threat.

And to think there are states with laws in the pipeline right now trying to give the ok to this.

I'm dead serious....

I know what you're talking about. All those Republican legislators there are trying to get laws passed to allow drivers to hit/run down protestors or lighten the penalty for such acts need to be dragged out of their hidding places and forced to answer for this type of behavior. I need to also see some democratic (preferably black) legislators show a fucking spine at some point and start calling these filthy ass Republicans out on some personal level. I need them to start making laws crafted to target white people and institutions, even if they have no chance of passing. I want them to start crafting voters suppression laws or taking legal actions to limit the vote in republican districts. Make some motherfucking noise already.

The self-professed neo-Nazi accused of barreling a car through a crowd of people protesting a white supremacist rally thatkilled one womanin Charlottesville over the summer is now being charged with first-degree murder.

James Alex Fields Jr. made his first extended court appearance in Charlottesville on Thursday where the charge was announced, according to CBS19.

He’s been behind bars since the violent “Unite the Right” rally which killed 32-year-old Heather Heyer, a paralegal peacefully protesting the Aug. 12 event.

The Ohio 20-year-old was charged with second-degree murder, malicious wounding and felonious assault for allegedly driving into demonstrators and causing the deadly crash, which left another 19 injured.

Fields traveled from Maumee to the Charlottesville rally — organized by different groups of white supremacists, neo-Nazis and white nationalists operating under the umbrella of the alt-right — to join those protesting the city’s plans to remove a statue of Confederate Gen. Robert E. Lee from a public park.

After a series of smaller rallies — including a march at the University of Virginia, which also included tiki torches — scores of white nationalists and those protesting their messages of racism clashed in Downtown Charlottesville. Law enforcement officials were unable to break up the crowds and eventually forced them to disband.

While counter-protesters were marching peacefully later in the day, a car tore through the crowd. Video captured the moment the vehicle ripped through the gathered demonstrators, and then reverse to hit even more people.

Ahead of the attack, Fields was photographed holding a shield with an emblem for Vanguard America, one of the hate groups that organized the rally.

White supremacist Richard Spencer loses verified Twitter status

His mother said she was aware he was attending the summer rally, but did not know it was a white supremacist event.

Richard Wilson Preston, Alex Michael Ramos, and Jacob Scott Goodwin also appeared before the judge Thursday.

Preston, a Baltimore leader with the Ku Klux Klan, is accused of firing a gun amid skirmishes at the deadly rally and was charged with discharging a firearm within 1,000 feet of a school.

Ramos and Goodwin are facing charges for the beating of DeAndre Shakur Harris. Daniel Patrick Borden was also charged in the attack, but did not appear in court Thursday.
