And 3 stood around and did nothing...now were up to four just that fast. If someone wasn't videotaping it then it would have been 4 cops vs some eyewitnesses...who do you think the police captain, IA, and DA would have believed?? It's a documented fact that cops get the benefit of the doubt in questionable cases of deaths and shootings when it comes to grand jury reviews. The fact that those cops were brought up on charges at all has less to do with it being the right thing to do and more to do with authorities acting because the world is watching.
