Background on the issue the state had trayvon phone and turned over the bin file so the defense can look through it, the state had their own expert and so does the defense but they had the bin file so they need to have their own expert find photos. But I hope she does not allow it because this has nothing to do with the night in question.

Yeah...that was the inference that I drew from her comment. And I found it interesting...I hadn't thought of it. Her angle seems to be that the Prosecution and Judge are "fudging" the trial to give those in protest what they wanted to see, but with an "out" for the Defense to use with certainty.

I've had it happen to me before, behind a job. WE don't fall for it, it's for the white, ' Inquiry '.

This case is coming down in some ways, BASICALLY a black man cannot defend himself.

I'm going to say something personal here. I've cracked my head before, very slight, but I wear a scar on the top of my head. Only needed 26 staples, the only reason I did not drive myself . . . . the blood. Your head bleeds, I looked like Carrie.

You can't CLEAN it up without medical help.

First thing the ER doctor said to me, " Were you surprised by all the blood. Yeah your heart pumps a lot of blood to the brain man! "

Zimmerman's injuries are minimal. Like a man in a fight with a 17 year old who could barely connect, and was scared of a gun and decided to fight instead of getting shot in the back.

There will be no riots, I hope.

But if there was ANY trust, it's gone.

The prosecution needs to step it up on the following point.


After the pathology/forensic expert gave his testimony about how GZ's statements were consistent with the findings, i.e. Trayvon could have been over GZ due to the angle of the bullet trajectory, etc.


But based on where GZ's gun was (backside/waist), while being mounted by TM . . . he could not have reached around TM's leg to draw his weapon. No way his arms would be long enough. Plus he had a semi-auto, which he also could not have toggled of the safety, given the scenario.



The only reasonable possibility is:

IT WAS GEORGE ZIMMERMAN THAT WAS ON TOP OF TRAYVON MARTIN, NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND.

That would have allowed GZ to draw his weapon, shoot TM, AND achieve the angle of the bullet trajectory & barrel distance that the forensic expert/witness for the defense testified about yesterday.

It also, squares with the screaming that was heard on the phone and subsequently the face down position of TM. GZ mounted and shot TM, got up and rolled him over. At least in theory.

Another observation that I've made in life is that as a seasoned adult, I'm more capable of using my strength than my sons. They were active in sports like football and basketball and they are in great shape. But they can't (or don't) leverage their weight or use their bodies abilities the way that I do.
It's about my experiences. They cant out bench me by a long shot but that's what their minds are prepared for. But if we're moving furniture or working on a car or any similar thing; you'd swear that they were weaker than me and my bad joints.

This guy is trying to say that GZ, 11 years senior to TM, is sooo much weaker. Not to mention that GZ carried a fat body all that time, and if you've ever tussled or grappled with someone 25-35lbs heavier, they have the clear advantage of leverage. You spend so much of your energy trying to manipulate the weight that they've always had to carry, which is only natural to them.
