yup
someone who can't throw a punch in a year of training and fearing for their lives doesn't get out of the car to chase someone they think is a suspect period.
when 911 tells you to not follow, you knowing you're soft and can't do shit you don't follow anyway.
you who has a gun and wants to take the law into their own hands who wants to be judge jury and executioner, you get out of the car and chase down a teen then shoot him in cold blood.
not someone who was so scared that they had to end up following the child. someone who was so scared they had to get out of the car to investigate after they lost the teen
this stuff is a distraction. they keep trying to say he can't fight and he was fighting for his life
if he doesn't get out of the car he isn't fighting for anything.
ALONG with the testimony that he couldn't fight for his life because he was too soft to after a year of training in mma.
along with his scenario's keep changing...
distraction.
I understand what you are saying but the prosecution sux. we are at this point simply hoping that the jury has common damn sense.
