Unbelievable. That shit should have been objected to atleast 4 different times. Absolutely unbelievable.
This is a stunningly horrendous cross by the prosecution of this witness. Absolutely absolutely atrocious beyond words.
You have a ear witness who says he heard background audio from a low quality phone call recording while sitting in another room watching a computer and he immediately identified it as his nephew without any prior knowledge to the facts of this case!!?? And you dont pound his ass at all!!!???

You could sense how they were rehearsed to the point that the mother gave a canned answer for a question that wasn't asked.
GZ wasn't raised as Hispanic/Latin, he is whitewashed. He has no such accent or detectable dialect. His voice is also deeper than the screams would indicate IMO.

Sometimes you have to let the story play out, especially if it's complete bullshit like this testimony. Trayvon's mother was way more convincing than these 2 liars, and there stories sound like knuckles scraping at the bottom of the barrel
I agree that it was a kids scream but even being raised around people who talk a certain way you will pick up some of those traits. Even when you don't think you hear and accent, there is an accent. I think it should be checked by a dialect expert.

He should have immediately objected to his bolstering decorations and qualifications being offered to the Court. He should have killed his narrative answers. No. You dont allow a family members witnesses entire resume to be read to the jury as if he is being offered as a law enforcement expert. You dont allow a witness to paint a perfect story and narrative to the jury over and over and over. You dont leave this shit up to the jury to decipher and filter whats valid or not. You object to verbalize that the fuckery is afoot and you give an effective cross examination to further expose it as the fraud that it is.
I don't think that was a wrap up... the jury wasn't even out there at that point I believe. I think they were in recess while the defense tried to get an immediate acquittal. They should definitely have that guy do closing arguments though, because he could wrap it up better than the other two.

Everyone here wanted to hang the prosecution then after Wednesday wanted to give them the tko against the defense, now they're back to being incompetent and they've lost this case

I think we can agree together though, the uncle was utter bullshit and most will instantly see through the creditability attempt of military service and current law enforcement service, even though whites LOVE THAT SHIT. He is protecting family. Just because it's after the 4th, whatever.
After seeing Trayvon's mother, I'm going to give my mother a call, and thank her.
I hope somehow they get to bring in (probably in closing) how the screaming stopped as soon as the shot was fired. George, by his own account of the incident said that he didn't know if he had actually shot Trayvon yet at that point... so why, if he was screaming, would he stop screaming as soon as he pulled the trigger? Seems way more logical that the person who got shot would be the one to stop screaming.

Nice!!! So, i wasn't tripping when I heard that. Wonder if the prosecution brought this up beforehand. I've missed a good bit of the trial. Anybody know if hollow points being illegal was brought up other than the 2 seconds I heard?
I dont know what everyone else here wanted to do but im telling you what i just saw and what i just saw was a got dam travesty. And you're right, you dont know whats going on in the juries heads which is why you dont allow it to be filled with inappropriate shit by the defense. Make no mistake im not saying you're wrong in your opinion im just offering my perspective, from my pov the mom came off as very rehearsed and offered nothing and the uncle crafted as you put it "the perfect story". I think the defense wanted a immediate acquittal because they knew how flimsy the mom and uncle's testimony would look, and the only person who will buy any of it is GZ good friend frank taffee.

The yelling seemed to me to be two different people . At two different times. The last yell seeming to be Trayvons.
