Exactly! What made him out to be a suspect? And how does just walking home from the store indicate suspicious behavior? I can never get an answer on that either from those I ask.

You may be right. He's so hell bent on protecting himself. It is hilarious to see him giving the defense fits, but he needs to calm down and realize that HE's not on trial and he won't be brought before the firing squad for whatever reason.
I wouldn't say it isn't helping. He is answering the questions but he also trying to state why. So it seems he is jumping out but he is just trying to clarify his answers. The defense is trying to get him to say things he is not at liberty to say and he is not doing that and he is telling them that but the asshole attorney keeps pushing. The problem is that the defense has been getting away with that with other witnesses and is frustrated they can't do this with Bao.

I really really don't like how the doctor is acting up there. I think his medical testimony is legit as hell of course, but he doesn't seem to know how to handle himself on the stand. Rachel Jenteal at least was a newcomer to this stuff, but he's a pro.

I imagine that the autopsy becomes mundane and routine. Body in, cut it up to verify cause of death, sew it up, put it in the freezer...NEXT!Not really, what he's doing is over explaining and that just proves he's a very long winded person. Reading the comments on here tells me that we have a lot of impatient people on this forum, just let the trial play out because at the end of the day none of us are lawyers and we have no idea how this will turn. IMO this case proves to me that GZ murdered TM in cold blood and ran to his dad for a cover up, i think the jurors see the exact same thing but that doesn't mean they'll vote the way they should.
