My son and I was in a restaurant yesterday. An old white man, redneck, came over and asked my son, 21 yr old, if he was following the trial. They talked. He announced in the restaurant for all to hear, that he hopes Zimmerman is found guilty and is nailed to the wall with rusty nails. He said he had the nails at the house.

Some folks smile, some folks shook their heads yes.

It was 50 people in the area. 4 black people.
The majority of the white folks agreed with the old white man.

George may walk. I am betting conviction. But white privilege is not alive and well for GZ is this area.

I am betting guilty on manslaughter since that doesn't have to show malice, hate, or the other mental aspects required for 2nd degree

Yeah. Been saying this the whole time. If Zimmerman get locked up, it would still be the perfect time to put that work in on some of those fools. Osterman and Taafee. He infuriates me to no end. Dude is on every show i want to watch. He's definitely going to get a job at Fox news when its over.

The most despicable of the lot are the producers who constantly parade him out as a panelist and place him among a lineup of educated and experienced professionals only for the purposes of being an agitator and annoyance. Notice the fake outrage by the whites of the group. They could barely hid their smirks. Its all a big joke for them. Disgusting.

They are trying to imply that we are savages and that white people would not or will not react similarly if the verdict doesnt go their way. They want to pin the entire riot concept on blacks. Even if a white guy throws a bomb through black barbershop window and those black react, the riots w ill still be blamed on black people due to media perception. It's pre-curser to blame.

edit: the question is about instructions on the manslaughter charge. and manslaughter in florida = murder 2 WITHOUT the intent state of mind.
 
Manslaughter threshold is MUCH lower than murder 2 thankfully..

Would not any sane person come to the conclusion that Zimmerman ACTIONS LED TO the death of this kid? That's what it's all about right now.
 
Zimmerman has no one to blame but himself if convicted. He is elitist and privilege attitude is what may do him in.

Look like the D.A pulled a fast one. Made the defense focus on murder 2 so much they never even mentioned manslaughter, which sounds not so harsh but in FL its like 10-30yrs no parole.
