It doesn't matter whether it's a public defender or paid lawyer. If all parts of the system are in sync. Then the jury/judge is more than likely to go with the system. Unless there is clear proof that you are innocent. Otherwise your attorney sees the writing on the wall and will advice you to plea. In this trial. Parts of the system are on the other side.
Yes and he did the same exact thing on another 911 call for someone he wasn't following. For some reason, he always gives out the clubhouse address

But they have turned this case away from who started the whole ordeal to who was beating who and and did this fool have the right to defend himself with the gun, even though he started the whole thing!
