Ricochet is an excellent athlete, but he lacks the personality and promo skills needed to be a main-event star. He’s better suited as a strong midcard performer or part of a tag team rather than a top-level headliner. So he went from WWE midcarded to AEW midcarder.
But he's happy.
...so basically the same problem that Cody had in AEW he has in WWE. At some point you have to realize that it isn't the promotion, but the wrestler.
While I agree with what he's saying...he just says it WAY TOO OFTEN!!! If I was Tony K. ...and I'm not!!! I'd have to have a conversation with him with all the free promo that he's giving them.

The only time anybody cares what Rick says is when he talks about WWE. Nobody cares about AEW outside of the ring.

And paid, and on tv pretty much weekly and isn't just used to job to up and comers. I think it was the right move for him and not a great loss for WWE.

All points you said are correct. I know Tony paid him lovely, leader of a faction & finally has a personality. He has everything a wrestler could ask for so why does he feel the need to always talk about another promotion?

Probably so we talk about him on the forums like this one and reddit lol it seems to work with his smarmy shit eating heel shtick, he's leaning into his punchable face. If I was aew I would never stop shitting on WWE, they have really nothing to lose.

WWE Belts are across their brands not counting tna which I believe is a totally acceptable number for the roster size and mount of shows.
Aew is just it's main belts(not counting roh since it operates as a separate org, which I'm aware is owned by Tony) if you wanted to count those as well if still say their belts are also appropriate.
I don't think belt count is an issue for either company, both are suffering from bad creative and booking. I enjoy aew right now more since they have less story overall and concentrate on good in ring matches, if you grabbed the best of what WWE does and the best of what aew does then you'd have... Well 90s peak wcw lol
