Rusev is the only lock for AEW. Anderson & Gallows would be locks based on their history with the Young Bucks in the Bullet Club. Toma Tonga tweeted 4-Life so they possibly may consider NJPW or work in the US on Indies along with ROH. Lio Rush would be a good pickup since AEW is lacking black male solo competitors. Everyone else can make big money on the Indies & smaller brands with tv deals.

I don't see why Gallows and Anderson wouldn't go back to New Japan. The Revival should probably spend some time over there as well.
If anything the WWE should have fired these writers.
Not sure about Gallows, but Anderson has a few young children and wife, going back to Japan may not be ideal for him, even if he has an Asian wife.
Don't know the Revival's situation like that but they could definitely do well in New Japan.
With all of the BS going on in the WWE they could run a Black Wrestlers Matter angle. With all of the angry disgruntled black wrestlers teaming up tired of jobbing to these weak pink nipple pussies. Even the women can join in have Bianca Belair Sasha Banks Naomi and Ember Moon and the Black Horsewoman. Sasha =Ric Flair. Bianca = Lex Luger and let Ember and Naomi terrorize the tag team division like Arn Anderson and Tully Blanchard.
