I pulled up WWE's Youtube channel for the first time today. I watced this show with Hunico showing off all of his masks he's worn over his carrer. Whenever Rey leaves they should just repackage Hunico with a mask & push him as the top luchadore/merc seller.

I wouldn't be surprised if that's exactly what they do. He's better at the WWE style than Sin Cara and his gimmick is so meaningless, he could disappear, come back under a mask and no one would notice.

Remember when WWF had the Super Astros show on Univison. If WWE wanted to they can create there own territories for training but too stupid to realize that.

My Ex: I would've done a brand draft RAW/SD no more super shows. Only supershows PPV would be Summerslam, Survivor series, wrestlemania and royal rumble) kept FCW open, open up a Connecticut territory. Rookies designated to Connecticut area then work there way up.

The Appleton Hub Post featured an interview with Brodus Clay at this link. He was asked to compare touring with WWE to working as Snoop Dogg's bodyguard and commented, " "Honestly, the biggest thing is that I'm the focus. I'm not focused on somebody else's well-being and watching somebody else. I'm basically taking care of myself and promoting myself, which is cool. You're basically your own boss. … It's a lot more freedom, a lot more responsibility. I think whenever you're policing yourself, it's always a lot tougher because if you're watching somebody else they'll tell you exactly what they want, but sometimes it's hard to tell yourself what you want. I like the freedom (with WWE) and the opportunity for individual achievement is obviously a tremendous leap and far more important."

I didn't know he use to be snoop's body guard. Guess that's why his name is Brodus.

They had all that before with OVW and Deep South and dropped both of them to start FCW.

I didnt even make that connection

Watching SD last night and the PTP were really good on commentary, Titus doing his Booker T impression was funny as well. Word is HHH wants to bring back tag team wrestling and last night might've been the start of that, and if you want to hear embarrassing commentary listen to Kaitlyn during the divas match:smh:

But, quality has gone down since WWE downsized it developmental territories. Since TNA/OVW working together I hope TNA can get a "B" show (have 1 Knockouts,1 tag team and 1 X-Division match and rotate with a 3 match concept with promoting story lines/PPV) on syndication or Spike to showcase talent who we barely see and groom mid-carders.

Yes it has. I think part of the reason is an emphasis on look over actual in ring talent. As the Briscoes who are arguably the best tag team in wrestling said they were told that they weren't being hired cause they weren't cosmetically pleasing. Choosing body builders and models over people who actually paid some dues in the ring was/is a recipe for disaster. The people who have done well this year such as Punk, Bryan, AJ all wrestled and then went to develpmental. Ziggler was a college wrestler. While guys like Rob Terry who was signed to the WWE flamed out.

Now with them signing actual wrestlers like Antonio Cesario, Kassius Ohno, Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose(their WWE names) the talent pool has improved.

That and putting them all in 1 spot. Before they got different training which led to a variation amongst the wrestlers now with them all under 1 roof being taught the exact same way we're getting guys who do a lot of the same things and it hasn't worked.

From another board:

Did anybody here mention that HHH had the cast on the wrong arm? Former wwe writers are tweeting about it. I didn't blink or think twice because it's always the left, but now that I think about it, Lesnar "broke" the right arm right after the pedigree..

EDIT: I looked online and the vid I found shows the left arm was "broken" but the vid was mirrored.

In other house show news, Naomi, one of Brodus Clay's Funkadactyls, defeated Natalya at a SmackDown live event in Sioux Falls. Kaitlyn was originally scheduled to wrestle Natalya, but couldn't make it due to travel problems. The Naomi/Natalya match was called "one of the best Diva matches of the year", which of course is damning with faint praise. Naomi did show some potential during her time in FCW, which may be why she's dancing with Brodus instead of wrestling.

Naomi has skill and with Triple wanting to eliminate divas and focus on a core group of female wrestlers she might get some shine finally. As for Raw i have to say that was one of the most boring episodes i've ever seen, the Kane anger management segment was funny bad and Daniel Bryan continues to impress me as well.

I didn't watch Raw at all. Wrestling is so bad I forgot it was even on. I've never done that. I did watch the anger management deal on youtube. The black guy Howard is wrestler Scorpio Sky. Kane and D Bry was good in the skit.

Yep to all this. I've long thought they should use Xplosion to book angles for the secondary titles.

 That's been the difference between Laurinaitis being in charge of talent and Jim Ross.

The overall pool is deep as it's ever been but they've had guys in developmental forever but shoot guys like David Otunga up before they're ready.
You know they just had a match in FCW with Punk and Rollins vs Ohno and Cesaro? That shit sounds awesome (for those that don't know, that's Punk and Tyler Black vs the Kings of Wrestling). Black, even as a ROH champion, I thought still needed seasoning but a guy like Ohno/Hero doesnt and should never be there longer than 6 months. They should have something for him before they even sign him.
One thing I knew for a fact was that Claudio was not going to stay in developmental long at all just based on his look.

...and after all that pride and prestiege he brings to the table they saddle him with a stereotypical gangbanger look. :smh:

What do you expect he's a Mexican. It's not even edgy like LAX was in TNA, just another gangbanger.

Good look for Scorpio Sky. Didn't wrestle but in the last month or so, he's been on Impact! and Raw. The only indy guy hotter than him is Black Jeez.

The CM Punk turn is complete and well done.

I want to see Naomi, Cameron, and Caylee Turner(Alicia Fox's younger sister) in the ring and on television:yes:. However out of the three I mentioned Naomi is best positioned and skilled by leaps and bounds over Cameron and Caylee. Naomi is even better than the much improved Alicia Fox who does get tv ring time. Naomi could be gimmicked and marketed as a heel or face Serena Williams type and that shit would work like a mofo:yes:.

Also, they need to give the women their own show anyway the roster is deep enough and 1hr is all they would need. They could also add more legit talent also to balance out the roster. All of them ain't got to be model pretty types. It would be room for both. The pretty chicks will have to prove themselves and that would make for great entertainment. I would also like to see them go international as well and get women talent from all ethnic backgrounds. All of this still can be done in a 1 hr show.

I record Raw and just ffwd till something interesting is happening. I haven't recorded Smackdown & TNA in about a month.:smh:

The anger management skit was funny. Kane going through his characters history was funny.

If WWE wasn't stuck in the pg era it could be a good ideal. WWE would have to sell the show of the divas sex appeal first to get viewers.

Missing the best wrestling show on television.

I watched TNA for the X-Division. The X-Division is just a poor shell of it self now.

It is but with Austin Aries, AJ Styles, Joe, Daniels, and Kazarian getting a ton of tv time and mixing with Kurt Angle, they've taken the X-Division guys and made them the main eventers.

Finally.

Titus just gave his career a huge boost with that performance while Darren was pretty ordinary and overacted.

Apparently the tag match was at a taping for NXT so in a few weeks it should be up.
With Hero I wonder how much the issues with his first health testing that put his hiring on hold for around 6 months effected things cause by the time he finally showed up in FCW Claudio(Cesaro) was pretty much on his way to Smackdown.

And Claudio's look has always thrown me off cause he looks bigger than he actually is. They say 240 lbs and he could pass for 260.

Speaking of Hero(Ohno) here's him and Daniel Bryan wrestling.

Good look for Scorpio Sky. Didn't wrestle but in the last month or so, he's been on Impact! and Raw. The only indy guy hotter than him is Black Jeez.

Story is that TNA offered Sky a contract and he didn't sign it cause he tried out for the WWE. I wonder if his stint means that he may on the way to signing with them.

And the Punk segment was really good.

She has to know better. If she's slightly buzzed or worse all she has to do is call and I'd gladly give her a ride.

She is too damn fine to be driving by herself.
