I think the idea is that if they can't perform to a level indicative of a Hell in the Cell match they needn't be in one. If they're too old and broken down to bump properly, then why book the match?
With that said, I enjoyed the match but didn't like it as much as I thought I would. Last year's was better in my opinion. Really good match this year nonetheless.
