You do not get Punk if you think he cares whether anyone agrees with him or not. He's not even a big Orton fan in the first place.

To be fair, he doesn't bring up Rock. The guy asked him about it and he was honest. He understands the business and what Rock brings with him and his points are excellent throughout as they ask him about Del Rio, Vicki, and Ryder. It's not a case where he brings up Rock and hates on him for the entire interview. He sounds similar to Roddy Piper talking about Mr T back in the 80s.

So they're building to HHH/Taker III at Mania? :hmm: Seen it, done it, let it go. They could use both of those guys to get over younger talent especially with Cena off with Rock and Punk penciled in to wrestle Jericho (still not official but that's where they want to go).

You did hear him say that guys in the locker room don't have pride didn't you? Which means he's pissed(possibly kayfabe)that more don't side with his p.o.v.

As for Taker/HHH was i the only one who wasn't surprised that HHH tried to make it seem as though he ended the streak? Never mind the fact that you lost:lol:

I hadn't noticed. Cena gets a night off and he's not even injured. Somehow they'll fit him it but it's interesting they didn't force a match.

unless they book him in a match tonite during the smackdown tapings, he'll likely be there as a spectator only sunday

I heard him say he's pissed that he seems to be the only one pissed but that came off as a tongue in cheek comment. He spent more time trashing John Laurinaitis and the "anonymous GM" than he did talking about Rock.

That shit was ridiculous. He's now lost twice to Taker at Mania. They don't need the match as an attraction this year as much as they did last year with Rock and Cena already announced and a possible Punk/Jericho matchup. Between Wade Barrett, Mark Henry (for HHH, not Taker, been there, done that), and Sheamus, they have a lot of guys they could face in different matches.

The feud with Ace comes off like a milk toast version of Austin/Mcmahon and i think it peaked last night:smh:

Personally i feel Wade Barrett should be the guy to challenge Taker this year because when given the opportunity he makes a damn good heel. HHH i don't care to see at Mania because up until this last one he's had some really boring matches. His only good matches are 14 17 20 and 27, besides that he's been horrible at mania.

Yep and neither Punk or Ace is as good at their roles as Austin and McMahon were at their and I was not a fan of Austin/McMahon 1.0 so you know I'm not enjoying the new version.

I completely agree but I would put HHH in with Mark Henry but only if he's going to eat a World's Strongest Slam and put Henry over.

You didn't like Austin/mcmahon:confused: why not? Henry being put over by HHH is a fantasy because you know HHH wants to be able to say he decimated the worlds strongest man:smh:

Let me dream, dammit!!!:D

It was interesting at first but dragged on too long and ultimately you knew what would happen when Austin got his hands on McMahon. Plus it didn't pass the logic test: all he had to do was suspend or even fire Austin and the feud would be over. I just couldn't mentally get over that. My old school mentality wouldn't let me.

First X-Pac now Road Dogg ?? Is Triple HHH going to hire the entire cliq/ D-X as agents

:yawn2: @ Road Dogg's return. Sorry, but based on the reaction of the crowd, I don't think most of the 8 years in the crowd know, nor did they seem inclined to asked somebody.

And didn't he spend the last couple years of his TNA career constantly talking trash about HHH and the new DX. I guess him and HHH worked it out .... and by worked it out, I mean HHH is learning from Vince. Whenever someone offends you, just buy them out and make them think you're doing it because you're their friend.

I know Billy Gunn/Kip James was mad at HHH for real but I don't remember Road Dogg being pissed. Most of their VKM schtick was just put on.
Either way, they buried the ax years ago and that's just how the wrestling business works.

Once again logic in wrestling:hmm::lol:

Sorry, I can't help it.

Of course they're promoting Cena/Rock because that's what got the wrestling/mainstream talking about wrestling again. Edge retiring sucked but real talk he was starting to lose steam at the end. They couldn't give it to Punk because his momentum is dead as far as mainstream appeal is concerned so this was an obvious choice. I think Truth should've won pipebomb of the year because before seeing all his clips in the video package i forgot how funny dude was until they fucked up his push, Instead we get a terrible video package of Johnny Ace and a damn mannequin:smh:

I could have agreed with a Truth win. I forgot how good his first couple heel promos were. They really f'ed him up when they started playing to the comedic side.

I agree about Edge too. He was better off as a heel on Smackdown. It was over the second that they realized that little Jimmys would buy lots of shirts with the word 'Spear' on it and chant it repeatedly whenever Edge was in the ring.

Tribute To The Troops was a much better show than Raw and Mary J Blige killed it and i just knew the black troops were going to do "the wop"

I just read on Wrestling Epicenter that Alberto Del Rio's stock isn't as high as it was months ago,and that while The Miz is good, they don't feel he is a strong enough heel figure. It got me to thinking that a Cena heel turn at Mania would be perfect. I also got to thinking about heels in the past. My question would be is Ric Flair the greatest heel in the history of this business?

Del Rio and Miz not being where they want them to be is the Office's fault. Miz has never been hotter than he was leading into Mania but from Atlanta on, he hasn't been that hot. He put over Riley and then did the Awesome Truth thing but he's gotten exactly one good win (AT over Punk/HHH) since then. Del Rio should have won at Mania and when they did put the title on him, he lost it in his first defense against Cena and lost it again almost immediately against Punk.
Ego, you mentioned Flair as the greatest heel, and he was, but he was because he was booked to be a bad ass and beatable at the same time. ADR and Miz are just booked to be beatable.

Yo Dave and others. Some of my WWE predictions came true. I called these situations weeks ago.

1. Kane would be re-invented with his old mask. Told ya Dave:yes:. Kane was getting stale and needed an edge. I would like to Kane as the Undertakers final Wrestlemania challenge. Taker said he would not mind losing to Kane.

2. Not as important but I told you Alica Fox would work as a face. With the attention Kelly is getting main stream she may be on the way out for greener pastures. That means Alicia can fill that spot and carry the divas division as a pretty face. You argued with me that she is all heel.

3. Equally not as important I am not sure who I argued the next diva point with but I also predicted Katelyn would join the Divas of Doom and she did.

Funny thing about Kane: when he's a heel, they have him on top but when he's a face, he's a midcarder and puts over young guys.
I guess he's not mad at Mark Henry for "breaking his leg", huh?

1. You did. I was wrong. Don't see how it freshens up a guy that's been around that long but they do.
I still don't see Kane getting Taker. Right now, they have him against HHH again but that could change.
Him losing to Kane would be stupid. Lose to a young guy not another old guy. What the fuck happened to guys doing good business?

2. Turning face and working as a face are two different things. Everybody turns in the Diva divison sooner or later but Alicia seems to be worse off as a face than she was as a heel. Whoever told her to switch up finishers is an idiot. As a pushed heel, she was interesting, as a semi pushed face, not so much.

3.Slow down on Katelyn. They're pumping their brakes on her turn. She's the most obvious next member to me so you must have had that disagreement with someone else:D.

I get why they're adding Katelyn so she can take the pins cause Nattie doing the jobs dillutes their strength as a stable. That said, Katelyn from a storyline perspective has no place with the Divas of Destruction as a female diva who is in the WWE more for her look than for her nonexistent wrestling skills which contradicts why Nattie and Beth joined forces.

This is who should be in the stable.

Maryse has had a face lift since leaving WWE.

Damn she's looking good.

BTW nobody mentioned Tammy Lynn Sytch.

I agree with all of those except Gail. I think her face is very nice but, like with a lot of Black women on tv, the makeup people don't know how to do her face justice and they end up overdoing it.

I wouldn't call her ugly but I just don't find her very appealing. Her voice doesn't help matters either.

I just read on Wrestling Epicenter that Alberto Del Rio's stock isn't as high as it was months ago,and that while The Miz is good, they don't feel he is a strong enough heel figure.

That's not surprising because they damn sure don't book them to look strong. Del Rio loses the belt twice in 3 months and Miz puts over Riley who...matter of fact where is Alex? The last time I saw him on T.V. was at Night of Champions.

I never thought I'd type this but Impact Wrestling is actually...decent. There's still some dumb shit that pops up every now-and-then but it's much better than what Russo was coming up with.

Riley got hurt and they just ended his push since he came back. He's been doing jobs on house shows and on Superstars. That makes Miz spending the spring putting him over meaningless.

Yeah, I agree. But it's still too monontonous. And how many times are they going to do the "face wins World title, turns heel" angle? They've done it for every single face that's won the title except Sting. If you want a heel champ, put the belt on a heel.

Absolutely. She would even have a legit beef to play up. She can easily say she was the best Diva on NXT but they chose lesser talented girls like AJ and Katelyn instead of her. Then they can book her to beat lesser Divas like Tamina and Rosa but lose to Kelly Kelly and Alicia.

MY FIRST HAND REPORT OF SEEING CHYNA'S STRIP CLUB PERFORMANCE
by Mr. Sykotic @ 9:37 AM on 12/16/2011

Note: Obviously, his name has been changed to protect the innocent, or not so innocent!
I just got back from Chyna's show. The club was packed, hardly any room to move around.

Chyna's first show was at 10 PM and she did a four song set. The last song she danced to was indeed the DX theme.

I'd compare her dancing ability to Hulk Hogan's wrestling ability. She was not too great technically, but able to put on a show and use what she has to entertain to get the crowd to react loudly.

At one point, she pulled another stripper on stage and grinded all over her.

They made sure to mention several times that she is new to this to explain her dancing.

Chyna did a meet and greet afterwards. $20 for a picture with her, $30 for topless pic with her, 2 8x10's for $20 and not sure what the price was for her to sign stuff, I think it was $10. The line to meet her was very long.

She was a very nice person, took time to sit and talk to everyone who came into meet her. She didn't rush anyone at all to leave.

Look at Chyna! There's good money in ho-ing, you just have to know how to get it.:D

I turned on Smackdown just in time to see Henry put a chair to a camera man's back. It's a good thing one of the other camera men was in the right spot to see the blow. :hmm: I'm not a M.H. fan (I dislike most "super heavyweights") but I'll give credit where credit is due: he and Show are working extra hard to put on entertaining matches.

Damn that was a good main-event for a go-home show. I'm looking forward to T.L.C.

Riley got hurt and they just ended his push since he came back. He's been doing jobs on house shows and on Superstars. That makes Miz spending the spring putting him over meaningless.

Creative ending a talent's push just because?! I'm shocked I tell you. Shocked.

About that "Impact is better" statement...I said that based on the 3 weeks leading into Final Resolution. Those dirty m'fers had to go and make a liar out of me last night. Angle said he was going to beat up people in Storm's hometown so I expect to see footage of him beating up people in a bar next week and avoiding arrest somehow . Eric Young and O.D.B. are going to tag next week despite Spike T.V.'s policy about violence against women. Yep. Makes sense. :hmm: The British Invasion disbanded because they did. Robbie E. is still getting T.V. time because Zach Ryder is popular at the moment. On the plus side Karen & Jeff Jarrett are supposed to be off of T.V. for a couple of weeks.

Roode's heel turn was definitely a W.T.F. moment. Instead of letting this story play out over 4-6 months they decided to blow through it in 3 weeks. I thought the Triple H as C.O.O. storyline was rushed .

anyone got gifs of rosa mendes dancing in the ring

most of those young kids don't know who the fuck Road Dogg is that's why he got a so-so pop Monday night and I think it was more so Billy Gunn who was talkin the majority of the shit.

ROH's IPPV Final Battle should be a great show. The primary matches are going to be Davey Richards vs Eddie Edwards for the ROH World Title, The Briscoes(best tag team in wrestling) vs. Wrestling's Greatest Tag Team(Haas & Benjamin) for the ROH World Tag Titles and Steve Corino vs. Kevin Steen. And former WWE diva Maria is going to appearing as well.

It still ain't as bad as when Grandmaster Sexay came back that one night and it was dead ass silent in that muthafucka. Only like 3 people in the crowd knew who he was when he came out
