This was a second round match in the NJPW G1 Climax in 1992. Yes, Austin did the G1. He was signed with WCW at the time. Austin did three tours in Japan before he ultimately signed with WWE.
She's coming to AEW soon along with Trinity to de-throne Jade. They will show up at Forbidden door. Britt can't move like she used to because of her back. We know Thunda Rosa can't carry the division. Statlander can't stay healthy. You have to elevate Jade to the world title picture before the London show.
Sasha maybe but not Trinity. She just dropped her trademark for the "Trinity Star" name she filed last month. Naomi will be back in WWE soon.
Wouldn't be surprised if Sasha follows her by SummerSlam to have that rematch with Bianca.

Mercedes is staying in New Japan/Stardom for the long haul. She wants to prove that she's the best. Can't do that in AEW. With that said she may work the Forbidden Door show since it's a New Japan/AEW joint show but don't count on her joining AEW. It just wouldn't make sense.
I see her as one of those performers who will try to do everything. Every promotion for short runs, plus Hollywood. I don't think anyone in wrestling has ever pulled that off.

She'll be back to WWE eventually. They always come back to WWE eventually no matter how upset they were on the way out.
She's not going to AEW and joining their shitshow women's division.
She'll finish up her run in Japan once she finishes scratching that itch and then probably try to do movies.
But in the end, if she still wants to wrestle she'll be back in WWE.
I think she does come back. But I don't see her doing long term contracts anymore. She has way too many options to do other things and a supportive fanbase. Eventually I see Becky Lynch becoming a part-timer. She's being courted by Hollywood too.

There was word going around last week about a New Day feud with Imperium when both Kofi and Big E return. I think his recovery is going better than expected but they are keeping it quiet to surprise everyone. I don’t think WWE would plan a New Day/Imperium feud if they didn’t expect him to be coming back, sooner rather than later.
