And considering reports about The Elite and Cody Rhodes having issues when his contract stuff happened it shouldn't be said that nothing has happened until Punk started shit

I can't believe all this shit is over a guy (Colt Cabana) who has never drawn a dime in the business. :smh:
At least the HBK-Bret Hart drama from the 90s involved guys who were stars and drew money.
Vince was able to capitalize on it and WWE became even more popular moving forward after Bret left for WCW.
If Punk leaves, I don't see AEW becoming more popular.
They're just going to cater more to their relatively small group of hardcore fans they already have.

Out of the three Miro has been the most beneficial. He'll get pushed to the main event scene soon enough.

I refuse to believe TK will give Miro a title run. Remember, he supposedly had all his champions mapped out. Lolz. Miro ain't sniffing the top title. Jungle Boy will be champion before Miro.

He's done one way or the other. The thing with Punk is he's never been that athletic so a lot of the shit that he does looks awkward and sloppy. Very overrated as a worker.

Jungle Boy just got squashed by Christian. Jungle Boy will never be a World Champ. His ceiling is midcard.
 
Exactly why you don't pick Punk over the Elite. The MF too brittle to carry the championship longer than a week. Can't draw money on the sideline.

Which is why I believe TK will make him champion before Miro. Lolz he made Hangman Champion. Minus whale make Jungle Boy champ.

Honestly I think it might be for the best. Do a hard reset and let everyone who wants to leave, leave. Then move on from there. Keep the young talent you were building up and the vets who don't have no where to go and build from there.

if true this pretty much substantiates the rumors

booking did her no favors as champ but if she wants out cause she cant deal with the tension in the locker room or she feels the company directly/indirectly threw her under the boss

i think AEW should chill the press conferences after the shows and maybe get writers/show runners
alot of these stem from talent being able to go off the coff (like Storm's comments during the press conference)

things shouldnt be completely scripted like Vince and talent do during the last 10 years but the AEW approach aint working either

Somewhere Vinnie Mac is reading this thinking people will now see why he was the way he was with control. Like him, love him or hate him, the wrestlers feared making Vince's company look bad (unless you were the Usos). Can you imagine a wrestler going off at a press conference next to Vince? And throwing chairs at each other during the social media era? And him having to suspend people are rethink his stories based on foolishness. :tut:
 
To make a real world comparison. I think Tony Kahn is like the parent who tries to be their kids friend first and parent second. There needs to be some adult in charge who put everyone in their place when shit starts to get out of hand.

True he is a major part of the problem. But it's his money and his show. He was born a rich kid who's got money to do with what he pleases. Maybe one of the older guys he looks up to can get through to him or maybe he just learns as the years go on and slowly sees that a lot of what Vince did was the right thing.
