I always use a throwaway email.

i used google email since I know it's not going anywhere. But I usually had to login multiple times because of my computer fucking up at times that I remember the password like it's nothing.

Best thing to do is get something to save your password but make sure it's encrypted and hidden from being able to get hacked along with using a yubikey for added protection.
