Truth should’ve been a lifer or given a last match or something.. he did not deserve to go out like any other releases….some of us literally grew up with dude and kids grew up with him.

I understand the argument for letting him go. Wasn’t doing nothing with him. But damn. He deserved a send off.

The match with Cena should have been his send off and not the squash match on Friday with JC.

Had my guy go out on that bullshit match instead of his childhood hero taking him out.

They treat black wrestlers different doing them wrong. :smh:

I don't believe nobody thought of that match with cena being a send off.
HHH knew he wasn't resigning him so he should have made that his last match even before telling Truth he wasn't getting resigned. Maybe tell him before Smackdown so he can have a promo with Cena.

One thing I did like is Truth getting to cut that promo by himself in the ring before SNME.

Triple H not doing things the right way. R-Truth should be getting special treatment.

I really couldn't enjoy SNME because of the commercials.

I think WWE fucked up releasing R-Truth especially the timing and way that they did.

Everyone seems to be shocked by it and the responses are almost like reading a eulogy.

If they were smart IMO they'd re-sign him on the low and let him re-emerge in a month or two.
I expect he'll sign a legends deal at some point and they can always bring him back for one-off appearances or short runs.
R-Truth will definitely be back in WWE in some capacity

Why didn't Triple H tell R-Truth that instead of doing it behind his back

Triple H gonna have to do more than "release a statement". People are pissed and talking about numbers when prices have been raised and will continue to be raised. If we keeping it 100, the wrestling for the most part has been lackluster by the guys this year. People keep chanting "this is awesome " but im thinking it's more of a habit than anything.

I agree which is why the way they handled this makes no sense.

They could have finessed this and made it known that he would still be involved with the company just not in the ring.
