You implied she doesn’t work hard and this just a stepping stone. This should be a stepping stone. She’s not as green as yall making her out to he. You said earlier AEW should’ve sent her to Japan? Instead they got her tagging with Bianca and getting better because of it. But she’s not green she has experience it’s about honing what she already good at.
If I remember correctly, the heavy part of Jade's AEW push came when she won the TBS championship. They were about to put it on Ruby, but then the Big Swole situation happened, and they switched to Jade. She definitely was thrown out there. I said before, if you're new to the wrestling business, working for a company where you work one day a week, and don't do house shows is not a good fit. Reps are important, and she's getting those in WWE, and you can see she's improving. Not a knock on AEW, but their system isn't set up for someone new to develop their skills, that's just how it is.
Bring her in Triple H. Has the look, gimmick and is Stardom trained in the ring. Only thing she'll need to work on is her promo but she has everything else. I'm sure Rossy Ogawa would love to have her in Marigold.

Truth be told we want AEW to do better. We know this is one of the greatest wrestling threads on the internet. I'm sure somebody from the industry lurks in here, I throw out alot of ideas and criticism to see if it's picked up.
