The gorilla is Jim, he mentions sitting at gorilla in the video, and also mentions mighty Joe young a sill mention in the next part
In the clip he says that Kyle Fletcher looks like a q tip and that you could teach mighty Joe young or cheetah to do moves to do perfectly but if the person challenging the world champ isn't a threat it doesn't work to put them over.
Besides that Jim doesn't draw the thumbnails(not that it's racist in the first place)

Lolz I listened to it and you're right, he was actually defending Swerve against TK dumb booking of AEWs new world champion. People saw a gorilla and immediately thought the worst.

I listened to the clip yesterday, and saw the post early this morning, and started to respond to it, but I didn't have the energy for the back a forth. Good response.
He watches Dynamite and the PPVs, there's things he likes, but most of it, he doesn't like, mainly anything associated with the Bucks, Orange Cassidy, or the women. You're talking about a guy who spent most if his life in the wrestling business, and Tony frustrates the fuck outta him. Most likely AEW. TK most likely wants to do a surprise debut with her. A Kamille/Megan Bayne match would be very interesting.
His booking ideas may be a bit outdated and Jim does say some non-pc things from time to time.
With that said. He makes a lot of great points when it comes to the television presentation of pro wrestling. I would hire him as a consultant, but TK doesn't seem like he listens to the opinions of too many people.

She's basically the white version of Jade. She's okay but has a lot of room for improvement.
@blackman80 the woman that TK needs to debut and start pushing is Megan Bayne! She has the look and is Stardom trained and tested in the ring. The only thing she'll need to work on is her promos but in-ring wise she can deliver high quality matches in AEW right now.

I think Tony Kahn runs an ok wrestling promotion. Like if AEW was just a non-televised touring promotion that put out the occasional PPV, then he would be on top of his game.
The problem is he's supposed to be producing good - great pro wrestling television shows that make people tune in week in and week out. The in-ring talent is great. But the production is stale, the sound is bad, the marketing of shows and stars is bad. He probably does just need to be the money man and let someone else run it for him. He should have backed Freddie Prinze Jr. when he said he wanted to start a promotion.
