Might be time to think of post career things for him because I’d hate to see him go back to WWE and job.
Damn I could only dream of a world where Jeff cleans up his act and both him and Matt get another run in the WWE. These guys where one of my all time favorites in my young teen years, had posters of them and Lita on my wall.

Did she sign..? or is she still considering doing so
Pretty sure she has. Showing her in the crowd at the NXT event was basically her unofficial WWE debut.
Good now get rid of that Superstar nonsense and get back to calling them wrestlers.

They'll never get rid of the term superstar. It has been used to describe WWF/WWE wrestlers since the early 80s and differentiates their talent from others and makes them larger than life.

Indie talent are wrestlers.
AEW talent are wrestlers.
WWE talent are superstars.

Yeah the superstar thing Im cool with but thank goodness that sports entertainment shit is done.

Some of us come to a point where we just have to accept the curves life and our bodies may throw to us. I think its time for John Cena to let the hair go.

He proud of that shit because he had a whole hat on and went out of his way to take it off maybe he forgot his shit balding lol.

I can't see a way how this doesn't end up looking bad on AEW, like what is the vindication here?

Punks been gone since August and they are STILL basing a show around him?

I said earlier in the thread when Edge dropped that desperate damage control promo, AEW should have responded to Punk by not responding at all.

Let's say the footage shows that Punk was the aggressor....welp, do they think people will actually care or side with the YB or Jack Perry? Those guys are very unlikeable.

TK and AEW dropped a massive ball by not taking the Brawl Out and this incident at All In and building a story around it.

Instead of turning a shoot into a work, they are desperately throwing whatever they can together to see if it builds a buzz for their Wednesday show which is dying a slow death.
Yep, it's a desperate ploy for ratings and absolutely nothing good can come out of whatever they plan on airing.
Unless it shows Punk also fearing for his life like TK claims happened to him, Punk will only come out looking better.
This just further demonstrates the big difference between AEW and WWE.

WWE just put on one of the best WMs of all time that has the whole world (not just the wrestling world) talking and is moving into a new era.
Meanwhile AEW is rehashing old shit (from a storyline what was never explained on TV) about a guy who's not even in their company and drawing money for the WWE just so they can appease to their IWC mark fanbase. LOL

Overbooked, overstuffed, overdone

I'm glad the company was able to generate buzz and money over the last month by inserting Rock the Dwayne into the picture.

I'm even happier for all those nostalgia loving attitude era fans who haven't cared about the product in years AND will go right back to not caring exactly 60 seconds after Raw ends tonight.

I'm thrilled that they changed the longterm storytelling to appease a bunch of 'fans' who don't watch week to week. I mean just look at all the social media coverage they gotten over the last month.

Social media hits and money are the most important things.... right?
Biggest Mania all of times .... right?
Seeing Cena and Undertaker made the main event 100x better.... right?
It would have been even better if Hogan, Stone Cold, and idk Bret Hart showed up too. right?

There's always gotta be at least one hater in the crowd

They should have had this open night one and had Rhea and Becky tonight.
Night 1 would have been unbearable without Rhea/Becky
What this really showed me was they didn't use Iyo right as champion. She was on fire tonight. Bayley needs a stylist to accentuate that ass!!!
This!
Bayley and Iyo are friends so they know how to work with each other to make yhe other look good. That match was the first time in months Iyo looked like legit champion.

:lol:McAfee changed the subject with the quickness.

Not sure how you got that from the clip.
I watched the whole interview and McAfee talked in depth about MJF and AEW, as did Cody.
McAfee is free to talk about whatever on his show and talent obviously has more freedom to talk about other promotions in this new era.

Lolz it's going to be TNA, GCW and others.... not AEW.

@0utsyder come get your flowers bro!

Tony Khan is really the only one preventing that. He's talked too much shit and gets into his feelings too easily. With AEW'S cooldown he needs to be willing to eat a little crow. WWE is bigger than ever and is open to doing business. Only an idiot would keep swinging on the big dog for imagined "clout".

No way WWE, Nick Khan and Triple H would even remotely think about working with them, especially with all the shots they have taken the last year especially with the supposed video of the All In incident. That may have killed any chances AEW would have dreamed of.
