Raw on Amazon? Might be good news for AEW staying with WB.
Not feeling the red leather.....
It could be good and bad for WWE and their audience, but I looked at some numbers and Amazon Prime subscribers are well over 200 million worldwide (167 million in the US alone).Raw on Amazon would be bad for WWE. A lot of households don't have Amazon prime and are not familiar with how to stream it. The NFL got a lot of complaints this season because all the Thursday night games were on Amazon prime and people didn't want to spend the extra money to watch the games.

The way Jaguar Yokota executes the Tiger Driver 91 and the way Akira Hokuto executes the Northern Lights Bomb!Nasty! I hope they allow Guilia to continue using the Northern Lights Bomb as her finisher in WWE.
Not sure what you're talking about, but WWE landing on Amazon would be a homerun for WWE.Raw on Amazon would be bad for WWE. Yup! Like I said above, cable subscriptions are falling and projected to fall even further in the years ahead. Amazon is in a good position because if you pay for Prime, you have Prime Video built into your subscription, unlike Paramount and Peacock (and others not mentioned). Not sure what you're talking about, but WWE landing on Amazon would be a homerun for WWE.
Most people I know have Amazon Prime already.
Amazon has DEEP pockets and can offer the most cash, while a lot of these other streaming services like Peacock and Paramount+ are losing money hand over fist and may not even be around in a couple of years.
People always complain at first when their favorite sport or TV show moves to a new channel or streaming platform, but they eventually adjust to it and get over it.
The only people still complaining are the boomers who don't know how streaming works.

The UI on their own Amazon devices is fine and has been updated recently, however, the UI of the Prime app on other devices does look like crap. You're not wrong.
I just hope Amazon updates their UI before WWE gets there. The current layout and navigate on Prime streaming is absolute shit.
Yeah but is the NFL hurting is the question? I’ve seen nothing to suggest they regret going there. I’d also question how many homes have Amazon Prime as opposed to how many have U.S.A.Raw on Amazon would be bad for WWE. Yeah I think it’s outdated thinking to think you can’t move to streaming. I would say it’s the future but it’s really the present. Especially with everyone having a smart TV and having these streaming apps on their TV. Like you said they will complain at first. People complained about cable initially. But you will find what you want. I think this is a smart move. NFL is trying it too. They all know where TV is heading. Not sure what you're talking about, but WWE landing on Amazon would be a homerun for WWE.

Exactly that’s what I figured. I haven’t had cable in…..8 years.. but what I can’t do without is internet lol. And that’s where most of this programming will be…..![]()

Cable numbers going down. Prime subscriptions are on the rise ...
If TK was a better booker, I would disagree. Mercedes is a great talent and should bring eyes to the product, but I don't know if she would move numbers where other names failed to do so.... She'll pop a rating....but like Edge and others, will be forgotten before too long.
So would I.I would LOVE for you to be wrong...but you won't.

Ehhh, I have to disagree as it isn't the same as 20years ago when a show moved from Tuesday to Thursday or from ABC to USA Network. A basic cable package and you're not missing your show. Moving from Netflix to Amazon or another streaming platform, means I have to pay for another service. and it isn't like adding a 5$ cable package. You're looking at 15+ and that's if you have a TV that will support the app on your TV. Samsung is KNOWN for abandoning their store that would work on older TV's that doesn't support their new store. So you're buying a new TV or a ROKU/Google device.Yeah I think it’s outdated thinking to think you can’t move to streaming. I would say it’s the future but it’s really the present. Like I mentioned before, almost everyone has Amazon Prime already if for nothing else, the free 2-day shipping.Ehhh, I have to disagree as it isn't the same as 20years ago when a show moved from Tuesday to Thursday or from ABC to USA Network. Also moving to streaming is the future...WWE HAD A STREAMING SERVICE ALREADY THAT THEY ABANDONED!!!! They just didn't want to pay that bill.
You can get a fire stick for 19 dollars one time fee if need be.Ehhh, I have to disagree as it isn't the same as 20years ago when a show moved from Tuesday to Thursday or from ABC to USA Network. This right here.....Smackdown is going to cable though. You can get a fire stick for 19 dollars one time fee if need be.
But this is why I said what I said earlier about the NFL on Thursday Night. It hasn't hurt their brand. And it's the same with WWE. I'm assuming Smackdown would still be on regular TV?
