I went back and watched this week AEW Dynamite!!...It was ok!!....The Mark Briscoe vs Rush match was good!!...Good to see Dante Martin back at AEW and Top flight is back as a tag team!!..The segment with Christian Cage and Adam Copeland was good!!..Damn Christian Cage is a fool!!.. ....Swerve vs Jay White match was alright as well

It was a solid good Dynamite this week!!

Cot damn what a great match! Both women delivered a clinic. Giulia pretty please with the cherry on top don't leave Stardom. I'm gonna miss these kind of performances when you hop to the watered down WWE. And as far as AZM is concerned in 2024 she needs to be pushed to get the white belt. She's too damn good not to see top tier gold in 2024.

So it will be Suzu Suzuki vs Maika for the red belt on December 29th. Although I would like to see Maika get it most likely it will go to Suzu.

I'm not against death style matches. My whole thing is get paid a lot money before you do spots like this. Moxley does death matches but he's getting paid 6 to 7 figures. Hangman and Swerve are getting paid. These spots mean nothing if you're only getting paid $500 a show.
You just know they're not insured in that promotion and that chump change of a payout won't be enough for the medical bills.

Possibly permanently scarring or just plain fucking myself up wouldn't be worth it at 7 figures either, but maybe that's just me.

WWE has been dive crazy over the pass year, but they always make sure the spotter is in place to brace their crash.

Dude here went straight into barricade at top speed :smh:
That suicide dive move isn't even special anymore. used to be cool years ago, now, so many wrestlers use it, it kind of lost what made it cool. It's like the DDT decades ago and Canadian Destroyer over the last few years, if everyone is using it, it ceases to be special.

I feel old as shit when I remember moves like the DDT, a chokeslam, or a strong leg drop were once devastating finishing moves

Wrestling has too many false finishes/wrestlers kicking out of finishers. It was special back in the day, but the last 10-12 years, made finishers damn near non-existent. The DDT was so legendary, we knew when Jake the Snake hit it, it was game over.

Finishers today just aren't as special anymore but at least they are somewhat protecting the RKO. Lolz LA Knight has the lamest looking finisher in wrestling today.

You would definitely have to have a love for it to do it at any dollar amount. Look at the shit that Datby does. To put your body on the line like that speaks to his love for what he does.

In a past interview Toni did throw a shoe at Renee.
"Watch for the shooooooooooooooooooe!!!"

These idiots probably got paid just enough to buy a case of beer and a hotdog from the stands.
And then when they get really fucked up, they always start a Go Fundme to pay off their medical bills.
But hey, at least they got a "Holy Shit" chant from the 50 people that were there to see it. :rolleyes2:

My god, the dive through the ropes/over the ropes is way overdone across the board in every promotion.
That, and having a wrestler do a dive to the outside of the ring with a bunch of wrestlers standing there waiting to catch them.
Way too many kickouts from moves that used to be finishing moves as well.
