Ok, I heard a rumor about WB Media wanted Punk back ..So that is true??..I'm not feeling this new show is going to be based around Punk!!..WB Media is about fuck things up if this show is about Punk!!.. :smh:
Punk is without a doubt the most recognized name in AEW to most casual fans. I can see why the network wants to keep him around, even to the point of giving him his own show.

Like him or not, Punk pulled in the highest numbers for AEW. The Elite and their ilk can't say the same.
The TV ratings and live attendance have fallen since Punk left, those are just facts.
That's why Punk has leverage to come back and essentially get his own show, as mandated by WB.

Tay gonna end up being a house wife now. Her wrestling career is pretty much done.

What?

My friend Pat is really into the Death match shit. I use to be really into back in the 90's but now I'm whatever about it. Nowadays it has to be creatively structured for it to keep my interest.

I hate this shit. And people wonder why some of us older fans come off as curmudgeons like Jim Cornette when it comes to modern indie wrestling stuff. I loved hardcore ECW wrestling stuff, but the death match bullshit never should have left Japan with Foley and Funk.

I hate this poor excuse for “wrestling“…. There were probably more people at my cousins quincenera over the weekend than folks who attended this show to see such a “spot” in person.

I hope for their sake it was worth it.

Fellas, I hear what yall are saying!!..But, I think this time is going to be different with him coming back!!!..I believe its going to be mixed reviews on his arrival back to AEW....Also, it's always something with Punk!!..He will get hurt again or He will have some issues with the people at AEW!!...I still wouldn't have this new show based around Punk and also will not give him and his boy Ace Steel creative control of the new show as well.. :smh:...

But hey, We will have to wait and see how this goes!!..

They should probably move Collision to Friday. A weekly Saturday show is just gonna be hard. Move the other show to Sunday or maybe Monday at 6pm before Raw airs.

Damn, I knew having a Saturday show would be hard to do!!...To be honest, they really didn't need another show!!...Just have good matches for Dynamite and Rampage!!...

Damn, Hamilton is only about 30 minutes from Toronto. Only 700 tickets? lolz it's only about an hour and twenty minutes from me. I may check out ticket prices. Perhaps TK will give out free burgers with tickets.

Are you proposing Collision replace Rampage or air opposite Smackdown? Smackdown did almost 3 million viewers last week. Collision would get smoked opposite Smackdown.

I already knew Meltzer (and his followers), who is a known stooge and mouthpiece for the Elite, would make this CM Punk return about a Collision vs. Dynamite "war".
Of course Dynamite, on a Wednesday night, will pull in higher ratings than anything that airs on a Saturday night.
CM Punk's name alone is not going to sell out arenas. He cannot save this company.
Hell, if the Rock came to AEW it couldn't save this company.
The issues with AEW start at the top and TK with his lack of real authority and ability to book properly.

I don't think any of that is changing soon. Keep in mind this is Tony's personal passion project. It would take something major, like losing their television deal to make him switch up. Even then I think he would keep it going as an indie promotion.
