Just got finished watching FTR vs. The Briscoes 3 and man what a fucking match. Another classic to cap off an amazing trilogy. It was everything it needed to be; bloody and brutal. We'll probably go down as one of the best series in wrestling history. Up there with the Omega/Okada series. All three matches are in my top 5 matches of the year. My top 5 are ...

1. Kazuchika Okada vs. Will Ospreay (NJPW/G1 Climax)

2. FTR vs. The Briscoes (ROH/SuperCard Of Honor)

3 FTR vs. The Briscoes (ROH/Final Battle)

4. FTR vs. The Briscoes (ROH/Death Before Dishonor)

5. Will Ospreay vs. Tetsuya Naito (NJPW/Battle Autumn)

That would defeat the purpose of "Honor Club" which is to have all that content exclusive to that streaming platform for $9.99 a month. It wouldn't matter to me personally because I download all wrestling shows through torrents.

I DL mines off torrents as well.....But good that ROH matches won't be on Dynamite and Rampage no more!!...All AEW matches for now on!!

the number of black folk on the roster has come along way...for something like this to happen spoanteously and with real fun is awesom

Does anyone remember that match Xavier had with Kurt Angle back in Impact? That was a good match, also how Impact would put black talent over was ahead of their time

Lolz that Top Rope rule was the dumbest rule in professional wrestling. Second rope moves never hit right....I remember watching a WCW show back then and saw a DQ because someone did a move off the top rope. Smh

The over-the-top and no moves off the top rules were stupid, but other than that, I LOVED WCW during the Bill Watts era in the early 90s.
I actually preferred it over WCW during the Monday Night Wars era.
Lot's of great talent on the roster and some damn good matches.
It's a shame it didn't translate into actually improving their bottom line businesswise.

Some of the changes he made weren't so bad, admittedly, and in today's era would actually be welcome. But I can't let that top rope rule go....poor Flying Brian had his wings clipped.

I think even then he saw that too many wrestlers were doing top rope moves and wanted to cut that down on that.
Now every damn wrestler, no matter what their size (like a Brian Cage), wants to do top rope moves.
Top rope moves should only be used by the lighter weight wrestlers like a Flyn' Brian back then.
Heels would still use the top rope and throw opponents over the top rope during that time as a heel tactic, so I think his intentions were good.

The Cesaro swing was cool when he first did it a few times......but it's gotten kind of lame. The fact he won a championship using it was corny, but, oh well. Not like it was a major title.
