AEW does warrant it's own share of criticism.
I for instance, HATE the Young Bucks heel turn. They are so corny as heels to me. Them super kicking cameramen, and referees, and smashing phones to get heel heat? Their sense of humor is too smart assy/smarky for my taste.
I can see why they never went to WWE. I don't see Vince fucking with that shit.
I still don't get Moxley's appeal.
And I don't like that the Women's division is treated like an after thought.
The Bucks heel turn has been handled poorly in my eyes....it almost seems to come out of nowhere...and that's from some one that watches BTE..
No reason for that to happen and i hope that they fix it this week on the reason why...
Now, the reason why they dropped their friends has been documented well with no issues, but the Bucks vs. FTR feud is...storyless....
Moxley's reign has been up and down...more ups than down, due to who he's feuding with...I think Lance Archer should have been the one to take it, but I think Omega is going to take it since Omega was the one that Moxley attacked first when he came to AEW.
Now the women wrestlers on AEW.....
They are all green as hell except an exceptional few like Riho, Shida and Serena Deeb....shit Red Velvet as well....

Brandi, Britt Baker, Abadon and the rest need to work on timing.....
Brandy and Britt has gotten better, but they need more mat time and keeping most of the women roster off the screen helps them more than hurts them.
You can't have a Vet vs a green wrestler get in the ring and think magic can happen...when disaster can happen at any moment?
Case in point...Shida vs. Britt....Britt boke her nose in that match (she finished the match, but the spot was a simple transition).
When the Women wrestlers are ready it will possibly rival the TNA women's roster in the early 2000's...
Ladies can wait until they are ready...I don't like watching train wrecks all the time...
All the physicality they do, should be nothing to get excited over by now.
I actually watched tonight's Hell in the Cell PPV. It was a decent show. Went in without much foundation for the last few weeks storylines...
The Roman/Uso match told a good story.
Elias vs Hardy was meh
Bayley/Sasha was match of the night (for me.) Great story telling.
Miz/Otis was just bad. Saw the Tucker turn a mile away.
Lashley vs Slapnuts was not needed.
Orton/Drew was good. Glad Orton gets another run, possibly his last.
Hopefully he holds on til Edge comes back at Royal Rumble and defends against Edge at Mania
I'd give the PPV a solid B.

I'm happy Sasha won but here's WWE with this microwave storytelling again. When Bayley first injured Sasha she should have been out until the Royal Rumble. Banks wins then Sasha vs Bayley at Wrestlemania. That's the end we deserve for waiting all this time for this feud.
The fucked up thing and great thing is that the only other option that Sasha has as an opponent is...Bianca Belair
Great thing is Bianca will get her due
Bad thing is how weak will they book her to get buried...This is the WWE where Vince can love and hate you by the time he finishes his donut.
Sasha should be a long term holder, but not at the expense of burying others. It has to make sense why she is winning.

They did a sit down with FTR and The Young Bucks. Not long in the segment FTR left. The Young Bucks said that if they lose the title match vs FTR that they will not get anymore tag title opportunities. Not no more shots against FTR which could have been used to do something. No more tag title shots at all and FTR did not sucker them into the stipulation.
