Vince didnt have Ric Flair so he going with the next best thing
setting Charlotte up to be the GOAT female wrestler of all-time

she is white
she is blonde
she is a legacy
thats why she kept switching titles with Sasha, to inflate her title reigns (she gonna surpass her dad's nubmer)
thats why she has a crazy record in PPVs
thats why she beat Asuka
thats why she main evented a PPV

they already lay the ground work for Charlotte vs Rousey to headline next year's mania

Yep.

Vince's pettiness trumps everything.

He let Asuka and Nakamura win the Royal Rumbles to catch some of that New Japan wave, but because he didn't create the wave, he's not going to go all the way into it and let them get the big wins at WM.

It's a whole lotta truth in those two posts. As much as I would love for Asuka and Shinsuke to get pushed to the moon, deep down I know that y'all are right.

Also, I was listening to random sports podcast yesterday and they brought up some good points about Strowman. They were basically saying that Braun should be commended for his Mania match because other top stars in his position might not have been down for having basically a joke match at Mania.

Can you imagine if 96-99 era HBK or 98-04 era Stone Cold were told that the company already made plans for the main event of Mania. And they don't have a solid plan for them despite being the most popular person on the roster. But the one thing that they could do is go win the tag titles with a 10 year old.

Young Shawn or Austin would have probably walked out of the company if they heard that shit. Especially Shawn Michaels before finding church. No way he would played ball.

Those really are the stupidest ideas that I ever heard. So Vince booked those endings for people who will only be around for like a month at best. I don't know about y'all but as a true fan, I was already mentally prepared to see Roman win. I didn't like the idea but I was prepared for it. And I'm ready to see Roman as the champion. We've had four years of him being the 'next' guy. I'm just ready for them pull the trigger on it so that both the audience and Roman can move on to whatever comes next.

I think people will be able to live with Roman as champ. The casual Mania week only fans would have booed, but fuck em. They won't be here in a week.

Shit pisses me off too. They say fuck a storyline weekly. WWE is so behind when it comes to some things. And the fuckin Network hasn't had a makeover since it started. Cancelling mine once this Saudi event is over. They have tons of talent but don't know what to do with it. Vince has to go.

  • In 2011 Zack Ryder got his self over with the crowd.
  • He was then punished by management for getting over before they wanted it.
  • He was put in a US title program where it was clear from day one that he would either never win or not keep it for long.
  • He was put in a program with Kane where he was metaphorically buried and send back down to jobber status.

  • In 2017 Rusev got his self over.
  • He was punished by management because they weren't ready for him to be popular.
  • He was put in a US title program where it was clear from day one that he would either never win or not keep it for long.
  • He is now in a program with Taker which will include a buried alive match at the Greatest Rumble. Where he will be literally buried.

What did I say a few pages back about WWE trolling their own fans :hmm:

Well Vince has said, he's in the entertainment business, not the wrestling business. He only cares about the bottom line, not the art.
What the fans want is the bottom line. Rusev t-shirts are selling like hot cakes but he refuses to listen to the fans and push him. They even dubbed over the Rusev day chants on YouTube this week with AJ Styles chants.

Most likely Roman is going to get boos no matter where he wins. The crowd is not overwhelmingly behind him. I was also expecting Roman to win at Mania cause it seemed preordained. If it was more fluid then Braun should have won the Elimination Chamber match and gotten the match with Lesnare instead. The crowd is more behind him as a face than Roman. But since it seems that as you said he's written in as the "next guy" just give him the belt whether he keeps it for 6 months or 6 days.

Once again, Vince's pettiness.

Because he wasn't the one that made them hot, he got to kill off all their heat.

He's like "oh this is who ya'll want? Ok. Here he is........and SPLAT!!!" Buries the shit out of the muthafucka.

Vince is too stubborn to realize people don't want generic ass characters being fed bullshit material to say.

"Suffering succotash" - Who the fuck says that?

Cena, 40, proposed to Bella, 34, one year ago at Wrestlemania 33. The two have been dating since 2012. The pair were last were spotted in public together at Wrestlemania 34 on Sunday, April 8.

Most Shocking Celebrity Splits
“Relationships are hard. Don’t ever think that love is easy. Love is beautiful, but we’ve had to come to the realization after being together for five years that love is not easy,” Cena said. “We work every day on us. We have our problems just like everybody else. Some of our problems are very public, some of them aren’t. But we work every day on us. Anytime I get upset, I always just realize that I can’t live without her and I love her and that’s why I cave in on a lot of stuff.”

He continued: “It takes being able to mesh two lives. I would never ever want Nicole to be in a position where she says, ‘I’m holding you back from doing this because I feel it’s wrong for us.’ And I would never say that to her. That’s why she’s super busy and sometimes we don’t see each other for months at a time, but when we do see each other, it’s our time together. I think, for now at least, that is certainly what’s making this work

not shocked at all. That wedding proposal seemed faked as fuck. Cena probably had a chick on the side since he's acting more now.
