This was a one-off in an emergency and Rey was on WrestleMania three weeks after debuting.
I think he'll take an L at WM over any win on Smackdown. This also could be setting up a storyline with the Lucha Bros & The Creeds.
Night one was super mid but tomorrow, IC fatal4way, AJ/Logan. Bianca & Cena/Cody.
Night 2 should be great.

I was really hoping for Brock Lesner music to hit and shake Seth hand and walk off as the two remaining Paul Heyman guys this could setup future feuds and align CM Punk and Roman together to fight Brock and Seth at SummerSlam. Maybe they will save it for Raw. But I wanted to see the 4 of them at the same time. Imagine going back to 1999 and telling people wait until 2025 for the main event at Wrestlemania and the prize is Paul E Dangerously.

I don't think we'll ever see Lesnar back in the WWE anytime soon since he was mentioned in that lawsuit..
Not going to do a full breakdown review of last night's WrestleMania Saturday show but I was entertained.
Jey vs Gunther - good match, great way to open the show and they let Jey have a chance to show more a varied offense. Good decision to have him win, the crowd was into it and Gunther needs to go away for a while. He did his thing but that reign was boring.
Naomi vs Jade - surprisingly this was my favorite Match of the Night (prior to the main event). Naomi's heel work has been a breathe of fresh air and Jade continues to look better and better in the ring.
El Grande Americano vs Fenix - fun match, hilarious intro and Gable/Americano pulled off that ridiculous 540 backsplash.
Jacob Fatu vs LA Knight - good match, great spots, wish it was more of a squash with Fatu destroying Knight but I was happy with the result.
New Day vs War Raiders - OK match. Not really WrestleMania worthy but it was serviceable. I'm tired of both these teams.
Charlotte vs Stratton - Worst match of the night. They just didn't mesh well in the ring.
Roman vs Seth vs Punk - This was one of the best triple threat matches I've seen in a long time. I'm not a fan of these type of matches but this was entertaining and the storytelling throughout the entire match was top notch.
Look forward to tonight.

I thought it was the passing of the torch to now reignite with Jey vs Jacob as the new Head of the Table.
