RIP Terry Funk!

RIP to a legend.
Not even gonna lie though.... I thought he died YEARS ago.

With all the wrestlers that didn't make it pass 65, I never would have guessed that Terry Funk would almost see 80. Especially with his style of wrestling, that's crazy.

That feud with Flair, Funk, Sting, Muta

Oh yes!!..That match with Ric Flair and Sting vs Terry Funk and The Great Muta at Halloween Havoc was a all time great classic match!!...

It always be that way when the news comes out like this…..damn sad to hear.
Yeah man. Seeing how hard he took Brodie Lee's passing, I hate to say it but it's not too surprising, especially after hearing of the issues he was having.

This shit reminds me of how Eddie Guerrero died and almost two years later Benoit killed himself and his family.

We won't know for sure, but the way Triple H's message was worded, it sounds like it could be the situation.

Sad all around.

He was a brawler for sure but for most of his career they were working way safer than they do now. He wasn't going thru tables, ladders and taking bumps in thumbtacks or from crazy heights.

Man, this has been a rough week for wrestling fans. First Terry Funk and now Bray Wyatt.
Bray had so much potential as a character in the beginning with the Wyatt family, but the shit just seemed to go sideways once the fiend character was introduced and this last run was uneventful to say the least.
RIP to Terry Funk and Bray Wyatt

Bruh, bray was the only reason I watched wwe for over a year. And then when he got with bliss it was dope. This sucks. Rough year for wrestling. One of the briscoes and now him?? Wtf.

I loved The Fiend character. I mean it's wrestling so why can't a dude with a mask have superpower strengths.

Because in his case it became a crutch to cover up being an average to poor worker. That's why it ultimately failed. The Undertaker on the other hand also had a super natural gimmick but he knew how to work and deliver great matches. It wasn't just about the gimmick. Bray Wyatt had great ideas and a ton of potential but just couldn't put it all together.
