Ospreay is good, but no match with a gimmick like "Pockets" should ever approach anything close to 5 stars.
Meltzer just hands out all the stars for anything Japanese, I guess.

Did you watch it? It was actually a very good match. Yes, Ospreay is fantastic but Cassidy can wrestle despite his tired gimmick. You should give it a watch.

I had it on my Tablet while I watched a movie, but I didn't watch it move-for-move.
I just can't take a guy like Orange Cassidy seriously in any match, I don't care who it's against.
How has his gimmick not grown tired with the AEW hardcores?

At this point I kinda look past the gimmick because I know underneath all of that the guy can deliver entertaining matches. Kinda like Mick Foley with his Mr. Socko nonsense. I tolerated it because I knew Mick Foley would deliver a entertaining match. My rule of thumb is if you can go in the ring then I'll tolerate your gimmick but if you can't go in the ring then I won't tolerate your gimmick. Ultimate Warrior automatically comes to mind.

Scorpio Sky is gonna drop that title to Wardlow and will have had two title runs that were very underwhelming and forgettable.

I like Wardlow and hope he has a good run but some of the booking, sometimes (sometimes lolz?) and decision making makes me question whose really in charge.

How has Proud & Powerful NOT have a run with their tag titles? Especially when The Inner Circle was at its peak....

Now Santana is injured and counting his days until his release and rumored to have had a falling out with Ortiz.

Keith Lee was supposed to be this monumental signing but he's languishing with Swerve Strickland basically looking like the "Neighborhood Profits"....

Signing Jeff Hardy and letting him do shit that will force him to an early grave on TV and not giving him the support to handle his demons outside the ring....

Adam Cole was (undersized and) banged up going into that match last week and ends up having a serious (reportedly) concussion.

The repeated "HOLY SHIT" spots at regular TV that look lame and and unnecessary risk to wrestlers health and reputation...

These are but a few. Yes, I'm (coming off as a) Gargamel compared to Papa Khan and his village of little Blue Wrestlers who stand three apples high.... but it's no wonder some of those Smurfs are starting to get disgruntled and discouraged with their booking and treatment in AEW.

Like I said weeks ago, Cody is the first, he will definitely not be the last.

Bret is my all time favorite
his career was cut short
but even after the end of his career he continues to influence the best wrestlers in the world today (DB, CM, FTR, etc...)

the best there is, the best there was and the best there ever will be...plus he married a sister

In my top 10 all-time in regard to "In-ring".

Cauliflower Alley Club?

CAC reunion? Lolz

Title defense fodder for Moxley. These defenses won't mean much because everybody knows Moxley is not going to lose the belt until CM Punk returns. All you can hope for at this point is just getting a good to great match and with Moxley that varies.

"Warrior Wrestling" is a local wrestling promotion in the Chicago area that I've followed online since Thunder Rosa wrestled Athena months back. Now I can't get down with them anymore because of this announcement. They're already getting backlash in the comments of this Instagram post.

Money in the Bank has been a great show so far…

Womens MITB match was pretty good.

Happy to see Bobby Lashley win the US title again.

The Belair/Carmella match was actually decent.

The USO’s/Street Profits match was phenomenal.

Nice to see Liv win the MITB match AND cash in on Rousey…. Hopefully the men’s MITB match delivers too.
