The book is attached below...I doubt anybody will read it

A multi-generational clash continues between two oppositional cultures within the African-American community... BLACKS and
******S. This uninterrupted animosity stems from the ****** subculture’s self-defeating, anti-society, values conflicting with the
forward-thinking, pro-society values of BLACKS. As evidenced by the unparalleled amounts of homicides, violence, and mayhem occurring
in the African-American community, this battle is essentially an Un-Civil War.
Over generations, many people (from all races) have sacrificed their time, careers, money, and even lives, so that African-Americans could
have equal footing in this mosaic of a country called America. However, as evidenced by their entitlement mentality, the ******
subculture chooses to selfishly reap the benefits obtained through the Civil Rights struggle, while ignoring the associated responsibilities that
accompany those rights.
The dysfunctional ****** subculture is determined to commandeer the African-American image and re-shape it into their
counterproductive image and likeness. Moreover, their lack of positive achievement is devaluing historic BLACK achievements. Therefore,
as BLACKS, exposing and isolating this defectively mutated segment from the African-American community must become our highest
priority. Failure to aggressively act has exacerbated our dire predicament and continued stagnation only furthers their destructive agenda.
Today is the tomorrow that we should have prepared for yesterday.
“It’s some shit going on with Black People right now. It’s like a civil war going on with Black people and its two sides. It’s Black People
and there’s ******s…and ******s have got to go!”
- Chris Rock

I read everything but this is the author

sambo3.jpg

The gentleman picture to the above is Taleeb Starkes. Mr. Starkes presents himself as a filmmaker, activist, social worker, mentor, and author. Though he usually fails to mention it, Mr. Starkes is also a conservative, which he will admit if pressed. Taleeb Starkes is the author of a book entitled “The Un-Civil War: Blacks-vs-******s.”
“Admittedly and justifiably, as a black man, I possess multi-layered animosity toward the dysfunctional and sociopathic subculture that openly exists within the African-American community. My abhorrence runs so deeply that I am committed to combating this subculture on any accessible platform. The entire African-American populace is demonized because of the actions of this subculture, which has essentially hijacked the African-American image and revamped it into their image and likeness. Moreover, this parasitic subculture replicates horrid conditions wherever it exists. This trend is unique to the ****** subculture. Our mission is to expose and ostracize the dysfunctional, criminally prone ****** subculture.” Taleeb Starkes

Taleeb Starkes was on local talk radio plugging his book recently. The guest co-host, Colin Flaherty, is an ignorant, uncivil, uncouth, very racist, white conservative extremist. Mr. Starkes not only bragged about his friendship with Flaherty, but also cited the book Colin Flaherty wrote (which should be called ******s are out to get us) as a reference in his research. The fact that Starkes used the mish mash of poorly written, poorly researched utterances Flaherty has the unmitigated gall to call a book is one the many strong indicators that “The Un-Civil War: Blacks-vs-******s” is a worthless publication. I have not read Starkes’ book and have no plans of doing so. I sincerely hope it makes the worst sellers list.

I was compelled to call in and have a brief talk with Taleeb Starkes. I asked if he was of the opinion that the oppression of the past and the structural impediments that are still in place has no effect on the current dysfunction in the Black community. Mr. Starkes firmly stated that he was unaffected. ‘Blacks need to stop crying victim and liberals are enablers. Why do Black people always want to bring up the past?’ Starkes echoes the rhetoric of racist white conservative extremists there was no need to continue the conversation. Taleeb Starkes is a fitting subject for a case study of the insanity of Black conservatism. It would take a hell of lot more than a ten or fifteen minute segment over talk radio to re-educate and eradicate the slave mentality that is so deeply ingrained in Taleeb Starkes.

Is conservative ideology when embraced by Blacks an indication of insanity? It would seem a valid assessment. What other explanation can there be for people like Allen West, Herman Cain, Mia Love, Clarence Thomas, and Taleeb Starkes. How else does one explain people willing to walk lock step with the very people who have openly declared their hostility for the very community from which you hail? How do explain people who embrace their oppressor and views their own community with disdain and animosity. Sellout is too simple an explanation even though it is in most cases applicable. There are those that are complete absolute sellouts, but there are also true believers amongst these black conservatives.

Want to be rich and famous? Become a black conservative and run for office. During your campaign make statements so outrageous and provocative it becomes a media staple to look forward to the next statement. Say things about black people so negative and insulting as to make the most racist conservative extremist smile with glee. You may not win an election, but even if you don’t you can rest assure your nest will be well feathered. There will be book deals and media appearances, and maybe even the big prize: a slot on right wing talk radio. Allen West and Herman Cain are prime examples of this level of selling out.

True believers are another creature with a whole different motivation. True believers offer the strongest evidence of mental illness in black conservatives. True believers have developed an uncanny ability to ignore the most racist actions and statements expressed by their white comrades. Even when pressed, true believers can rationalize and excuse the most hostile attitudes to such an extent that the most persistent critics give up in exasperation. Like most fanatics that so fervently seek the acceptance of their real oppressor they adopt the hostility of their oppressor towards their own community. Black conservatives view any blacks that have not achieved their level of financial success, their level of education, or political enlightenment with no small measure of contempt. They look down their noses at working class or impoverished blacks and refer to them as those people, ghetto, or like Taleeb Starkes - “the ****** subculture.”

True believers like Taleeb Starkes actually believe they have the Black community’s best interest at heart. Starkes truly believes Black people would be better off if we embraced the conservative ideology. That the oppression of the past has no bearing on present conditions; that the structural impediments of bigotry in education, employment, and the justice system have no bearing on the dysfunctional conditions in the Black community. True believers firmly believe that there should be no accountability for the systematic injustices of the past, that are still a hindrance for Black America today. True believers like Starkes believe that this so called subculture is the creation of lazy, lawless ******s who desire to live in crime and poverty.

Taleeb Starkes has concluded that the multi-layered animosity he possesses towards the ****** subculture has led him to the conclusion that this segment of the Black community needs to be identified and ostracized. Ostracize means to ban. Ban us(yes I identify with the ****** subculture) where? Build more prisons? Send us to some island? Is Taleeb Starkes nuts? Yes.

Whats the definition of blacks? And whats the definition of ******s?

Never read the shit.

There is a battle against systematic white supremacy AND the ignorant black folks in our community. The ignorant folks are a very small percentage, yet they seem to dictate the pace -- and some more knowledgeable folks are determined to protect them.

Fuck white supremacy.

Also

Fuck the cancerous elements in our community.

Can't we say fuck both???

Hell, even with white privilege, white trash exist.

It's always been foolish to make such distinctions. The joke was poignant when Chris Rock said it because it spoke to a deep sentiment we all felt. But it's pointless to try to further divide ourselves by such ideology as if "others" care. To "them" we are still all ni66ers.

It's sad when blacks like this fool who wrote this book engage is such segregating tactics.

You think white folks care that we see them as all being the same? All people divide. Hell, white folks were divided when they started white supremacy and remained so. They even had a Civil War over the direction of white supremacy. To this day, whites in power play white trash like fools(see Republicans).

In our fight against white supremacy, we must not allow weak links to kill us from within.

i have always maintained that, that ****** vs niggas joke that Chris did was one of those jokes that while funny, at the same time, created an entry point for cacs to juxtapose their racist views using a black man as the crutch for it. now while a lot of people may say,"well he did speak the truth, aint no sense in faulting the brother for that", to that i say, true, but look at the unintended consequence.
same with the whole use of the N word. when to use it, when not to use it, who's to use it, who's not to use it, what context to use it in, what context not to use it in etc etc
as long as we as a black community cannot reach a general consensus on either issue and put forth a strong statement, one backed with a unified front, cacs will continue to exploit us using these divide and conquer tactics and there is nothing we can do about it. that is how they have always manipulated us anyways.
my two cents, take it or leave it

I wouldnt read it unless it got

rave reviews by the brothers here,

but I aint hatin his hustle,

big props on him getting his

shit out and published...

Honestly most black people don't. We understand there are good whites and bad whites as we have to make such distinctions to function in this society. We have to identify those alliances to help us get by. If we truly saw all whites as the same we would segregate ourselves from them immediately.

Yeah they did have a civil war to decide on which white supremacy would continue however, the losers were still compensated for their loss and still allowed to participate and contribute to the new direction. They weren't discarded or thrown in the scrap heap, they found a use for them despite the differences. The whites play the white trash but the difference is the white trash go along with it even when they know they are being played because they know its better to support white than not to. They are only segregated by class status not ideology.

Blacks on the other hand want to throw away our weak links instead of re-educating them, finding a use for them, a way for them to contribute back into our community. As if to say we don't need anymore right thinking blacks. How can we write each other off like they knowing our circumstances?

Its one thing to recognize the truth its another to practice it. There are blacks that have such a desperate need to be better than other blacks, they have such an intense hostility toward poor blacks. Always measuring their success by others failures. We know there is a highly visible-able underachieving group among us that is easy for everyone to attack even black folks. Our goal should be to reduce the opportunity for failure and underachieving and increase the rate of success and overachieving instead of further ridiculing them. Because evening you do succeed individually "they" are still judging us by the others failures.

Yes they will continue to try to control us. That's what it's always been about for them. Making us the good compliant lil negroes they always wanted us to be for them.

that clown don't read books. books are the context of racism/white supremacy? :hmm:

You are funny Sir...! I usually recommend books that I have already read. Thus, the reason I asked OP what I asked OP.

Now, is there any thing wrong with that? If so, Why?

So I'm reading this dummies book I'm on chapter 4 "Actually Its Not black on black violence", and this fool wants the government to make a distinction between crime committed by blacks and ni66ers so the media can and law enforcement won't indict the entire African American community for crimes of ni66ers. :smh:

The naïveté in him saying this feels like I'm reading something written by a child.

Of Course this whole "Blacks Vs. Ni**as" is a diversionary tactic.

But there's way too many folks here placing blame on Black folks that harbor any form of negativity towards Blacks that are living the street life so to speak.

Ya Know What?

I didn't want to be like a lot of those Mother Fuckers either.
The GrandParents helped The Moms make sure of that shit.
Especially growing up in Harlem during the 60s, 70s, and 80s.
I know a there's a lot of Cats here who know what the fuck I'm talking about.

Any Black parents with sense and history didn't want their kids to be like these fuckers out here selling drugs to and killing their own.

It's not the matter of thinking you're better than those in "Da Hood".
It's the matter of wanting better for yourself and your family.

If anything, a lot of those folks in "Da Hood" are just as guilty of the same feelings towards Blacks they believe (in their own self-hating minds) have "made it". Too many of those stuck in that malaise have no sense of history, think Black Culture is primarily "street culture, and can't see the forest for the trees.

I've been in many situations doing community outreach where most times, you just couldn't get through to Cats about how society works. And how Racism plays us all internally.

Shit.
I still go through this on a practically daily basis.
They just refuse to hear it.
Nowadays, too many of these young guns think they KNOW EVERY FUCKIN' THING!"

You can't keep trying to give folks a re-education, a "use", and a way out if they are comfortable in their own self-hating stupidity. Many of us have passed the Black Male Homicide statistical range, on our way to entering the Black Male Health statistical one. We ain't getting any older. And it sucks fighting tirelessly for those who don't give a SHIT about themselves, their own community, and YOU!

This "Lack Of Responsibility Age" is more threatening and damaging to US than any of race of people. OUR history in this country dictates that.

And defining Black Culture as "Street Culture" disregards and disrespects EVERYTHING we've done as a people throughout history.

In the end,
WHITE Society ain't treating US any better either way.

And while that Chris Rock joke may have been funny at one point.
I've become more angry about it over the years.
It just gave RACIST Whites an "in".
And it still shows that it's easier to make a joke out of our issues, instead of actually doing something about them.

Sometimes we as Black People just need to keep our DAMN Mouths shut, stop wanting accolades and media coverage for everything we do, and just get down to business internally.
