Aiight so here is the deal I met this dude on a Sunday, and by the Sunday of the following week he called me 15 times.
No, I am not a chick about games. I expressed to this dude on the first day that I am an extremely busy chick. I have several things going on in my life right now. I was able to answer 2 of his calls (those 2 are not included into the 15) and each time he had nothing to talk about. What really annoyed me was he was calling not only at night but early in the mornings, and during the work day.
At one point I checked my voicemail last Wednesday and he had 12voicemails...

I'm not saying all the messages were from him but he had a total of 6 that all played back to back.
Saying shit like:
"Hey Kitty this is William I am calling to say Hi"
"Hey Kitty I'm sitting at work wondering how are you doing"
"This is William, I am just wondering how your week is going"
"Hey Kitty, this is William call me sometime"
I mean can yall imagine listening to 6 messages from one person that you just met less then a week ago???!!!!
Now the point of this thread is not for advice... because it was already obvious to tell a motha fucka to fall all the wayyyyy back into another atmosphere.
The point of this thread is to ask the following:
1. Men (28 and older, not you youngins!) is this normal behavior.... especially for you East Coast Men standards, please answer the question?!
2. Ladies (28 and older, not you youngins) Is this what we have to settle for at the end of our 20s?
3. Do people on the East Coast abide by the 24 hour rule?! In California (Los Angeles to be exact, where I'm from) us ladies have a 24 hour rule that we impose when we meet a guy. If we give a guy our #, he has to babysit it for at least 24 hours. If he calls before then it shows desperation.
Now, a lot of dudes say "awww yall bitches playin game" when they hear about this rule. However I bullshit yall not... every time I have let a dude backslide on the 24 hour rule... he ended up being clingy as hell! But when ever I came across a dude who waited a little bit... it ended up working out.
So yall let me know yalls thoughts...
