
What's your favorite chinese joint for Egg Foo Young? I had this sandwich called the "St. Paul" they do in St. Louis and pretty sure this can be done in Bmore tho. It's basically a chinese version of the American sandwich done.in the 1940s to introduce chinese cuisine to Americans for the first time.
It's an egg foo young patty, fried golden brown with a succulent center followed by crispy pickles, onions and mayo (I sub gravy to dip) in between two slices of white bread. #theridesharefoodie
