How typical are these views among the GOP faithful.

Sounds like me. Everything except the Stars and Bars... I don't get what the big deal is...

But you Idiot commies know that Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid are going broke right? You do know that If we confiscated every dime of private capital (From the rich you, Corporations Charities etc) we could only pay for the government for under a year right (And you can only do that once! :-O )? I don't give a damn about all that war and shit, but I do think we need to drill for more of our own natural resources. And don't give me that Tree-huggin bullshit... Electric cars and windmills and solar power aren't worth shit and you know it!!!! You will never admit it I know, but deep inside you know they aint shit. The only renewable energy innovation that has any traction in my mind is fusion power and that won't be availabe for decades...

So grow the fuck up, vote for people that enhance you liberty and not your security (Nobody can guarantee your security you pinko commie dumbfuck's) handle your business and get that pussy (in that order).

The State

Barack Obama, president of the United States. And a socialist.

That is the view of 78 percent of S.C. Republicans or GOP-leaning independents, according to the Winthrop Poll.

Only 43.4 percent of all those polled — Democrats, Republicans and independents — said they approve of the job the first-term president is doing, compared to more than 47 percent who said they disapprove.

Among self-identified Republicans and GOP-leaning independents, Obama fares even worse in questions asked exclusively for The State by Winthrop.

Those questions found:

  • More than 40 percent say Obama was probably or definitely born in another country, making him ineligible to be president, in most cases.

  • A quarter say he is a Muslim; only a third agree that he is a Christian, the faith Obama professes.

  • 78 percent say the word “socialist” describes the president well or very well

  • 25 percent say he is Muslim; 34.4 percent say he is Christian

  • 41.2 percent say Obama was probably or definitely born in another country;

  • 44.6 percent say he was born or probably was born in the United States

Any more proof why the South Carolina is so poor and dumb!

I live in SC and I swear that's how some of the whites feel.
there are some supporters of our president.I do know a few

to tell the truth its not about politics its about race, and not having another black man or any man of color ever being the President of the United States again.as long as the good old boys can help it.

I don't agree with everything our president had done (tax breaks to the rich) but he has done a lot of good, but for some reason the media don't want to talk about that.

think about this why is it that Republicans nor the tea party member never ever try to reach out to the black community's? when you see them protesting you mite see one or two blacks.
and even the whites are looking at them like what in the fuck are you doing here!!

have you ever heard of a tea party or republican going to an all black church to speak about any type of issues? :smh:

and you never will
